Muy bien las habitaciones, el lugar, un punto negativo que se estropeó el aire acondicionado el día que salíamos y no lo arreglaron, el restaurante que te envía el hotel no es muy claro con los precios.

Excelente ubicación y muy buen servicio, y aunque fui de trabajo, estuvo agradable y muy limpio

Muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones muy cómodas, con buen estacionamiento.el restaurante con muy buen servicio y platillos, panaderia y rico café. Alberca pequeña pero el área se disfruta muy agusto.si regreso!

Muy limpio todo y la ubicación excelente, solo las habitaciones se me hicieron pequeñas. Dejan tener mascotas, solo que el precio se me hace alto para que no ofrezcan por lo menos un pañal para la mascota.

Muy centrico a una cuadra de la bandera, comodo, desayuno agradable, solo que no tenían la alberca disponible.
Recomendable, si regreso.

Me encantó el lugar, las habitaciones están muy limpias y cómodas, el servicio en general fue muy bueno. La ubicación es genial y que decir de los desayunos incluidos, la verdad como turista desayunas rico y te vas agusto a pasear. Recomiendo al 100% el lugar.

Overall pretty good but 1 thing that disappointed me is fast pass. I booked this hotel because of fast pass by internet said stay 2 night the can get fast pass. The first night i asked to front office and she said will provide when check out and when we checked out another front office said must stay 3 days otherwise have to pay $30.this hotel abit expensive than other hotel just $30 in same area.

Manager Perla is outstanding. She speaks great English and is always smiling and cheerful. I asked her for a favor to give me a recommendation for a pharmacy and other shops - she was very helpful! The pharmacy next door had the best prices.
El gerente Perla es excepcional. Ella habla muy bien inglés y siempre está sonriente y alegre. Le pedí un favor para darme una recomendación para una farmacia y otras tiendas, ¡fue muy servicial! ! La farmacia de al lado tenía los mejores precios.

This is a great little hotel right in the middle of the most attractive part of Ensenada. We stayed here for our wedding. The cost vs.benefit is really high, and while the rooms aren't big per se, they are very well taken care of, clean and comfortable. The customer service was great and they accommodated for our special timing situation.

Would stay here again.

This place was a random pick to stay at. They were up front about not having water when we booked and offered us a nice discount if we still wanted to stay, as well as breakfast for two across the street at the cafe. We jumped on it with such a low price. And we were happy we did. The room was nice and seemed remodeled. The shower smelt like sewer but with the cold water we were in and out quickly so didn’t care too much. The toilet had a bidet that my made my partners whole experience there worth it. It was a nice added bonus. We slept well in the bed. The sheets were very clean, Which I appreciated. It was very pet friendly which nice to see, even though we didn’t have any pets with us. And you can’t beat the 10 steps into the down town mall vibe next to the hotel. At night it was lit up by the bars and street singers. It was so inviting. We would stay there again. The internet was slow but useable once we figured it out.

Food at the restaurant is great. And just 2 streets away from the walk board. Staid twice already and both times were great.and prices are good as well.

Prior to moving to Ensenada this was my favorite place to stay! Great Staff, Very Clean, and Excellent Prices. Within walking distance to everything in town great restaurants, shopping of all kinds.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Breakfast at the restaurant was delicious. Pictures on the website are outdated, and the pool/spa are not as they appear in the pictures and are not functioning. Our room had a weird closet with a pass through to an odd balcony.

Excelente ubicación. Las habitaciones son cómodas y muy limpias. La atención es muy buena. Cuenta con WiFi en casi todas las áreas. Tal vez el único punto en contra es que los fines de semana puede resultar ruidoso por el barullo de la calle más turística de ensenada. El desayuno está ok.

Very nice and great! The pool and jacuzzi were good and our suite was amazing. Though I think the beds need better cleaning. The breakfast was good and the restaurant was beautiful! Service was great too!
