73 story house, top floor with an amazing view to the ocean, middle floor has all the amenities to enjoy and sing happy birthday to the birthday girl, love this house beach, loved it!
I had an amazing time. Place was beautiful and very clean! The view of the beach was picture perfect and the sun set was breathtaking. Literally beach front! The property has Manny amenities. The house is fully equipped for a family to enjoy and relax. Its a very spacious.
I recommend this place to everyone. Will be coming back.
Un vecindario tranquilo, las olas bajas, alberca super limpia. Hermosa vista a la playa y casi siempre vacía.

I have a friend who lives there and I go often. Cantamar is considered typical Baja beach style living. I like the place, it has a big pool. Cantamar just needs to do a few renovations to make the place look better.
Pretty nice development and houses for rent. They have a decent pool, but the volleyball court isn't functional as the posts are rotted and cannot hold up a net. The beach view for sunsets are spectacular, but the beach isn't friendly for laying out as it is very rocky.
Cantamar is a private gated community. It is not a casa club. It is the club house for the community. The grounds are not well kept, palm trees are not well groomed which could cause a hazard in high winds.
