Muy amable los de la resección, el security nos ayudaron a estacionarse y con las maletas. Los cuartos muy limpios y lo mas rico el buffet:)

La habitación estaba muy bien y el bufet muy rico. El único problema es que no tienen un espacio para fumar y nos Ma daban hasta la calle allá afuera a fumar

Arrived at 3pm Check in time to find hotel overbooked us. Took 3 hours to get a room. Went from a double to a single with no AC. Expecting a partial refund, instead was stonewalled. They instead gave us a free drink and food vouchers (all hotels there gives those anyway) and a "discount" on next reservation. Waste of time, money, and experience.

El lugar esta vien el precio un poco elevado para las condiciones del lugar pero es un lugar tranquilo seguro y conveniente subas te diversion por que puedes llegar caminando si no puedes manejar esta serca de la divercion

Ya teniendo reservación en mano y aún así no tener una habitación, aparte de estar muy mal coordinados entre el mismo personal. Ni llegué a conocer las habitaciones pero es claro que no vuelvo.

NO RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO! No respetan las reservaciones y aunque trates de hablar con el de la recepción te trata grosero y hasta te dice mentiroso. Y todo para darte la habitación al precio que mas les convenga. Nos llevamos una muy mala experiencia por parte de este hotel NO VUELVO JAMAS!

Nice and flexible staff but mediocre rooms. Changed rooms as the toilet was flooding the room but the second room was just as disgusting, shower smelled rotten so we called staff to take a look, they stated that they just cleaned the room but were willing to clean it again.

The personal was very nice and welcoming but the condition of the place was very bad. No hot water the shower head was not working and overall our room was duty we found a couple of battles of water and oranges from the previous guess under the bed very bad experience.

It was good can't complain to much water didn't I get hot though that was the down fall of it.i put down a deposit for the room with my card which I didn't know there would be one when I got there, still haven't seen the return of the deposit into my bank I call and they say call tomorrow well look into everytime.never fails! Disappointing!

It was really bad we make a reservation and when we are gonna check in it was given to another one. The front desk person had attitude. We had to look for another hotel I don't recommend this hotel

El buffet que ofrecen en el restaurante es realmente delicioso, además de la variedad de platillos a la carta que he probado, buena ubicación, buen servicio y buen ambiente.

Place was horrible, old and rundown. No Wi-Fi or TV. Water pressure was very lower and was cold and dampy

I made a reservation but when I got there they rented it to someone else. I talked in the front desk but the person was rude. If you make a reservation expect to not have a room. I don't recommend.

Hice una reservación pero cuando llegue habían rentado mi cuarto a alguien mas. Hable con el recepcionista pero era maleducado. Si haces una reservación expecta no agarrar tu cuarto. No lo recomiendo.

Limpio.atentos.serviciales.muy a gusto.lo unico que no me gusta que los carros estacionados en reversa por que al prenderlo todo el humo se mete en los cuartos y no es saludable

Reserved by phone and that went well. They do take a while to give you the keys to your room when you arrive (a staff problem). The room was ok (size) and it was also clean. We where 4 adults and 1 child. I recommend getting 2 rooms, we only fit 2 on each bed and had to make a bed on the floor with a foldable mattress we had (beds are for 2 people only). The tv did not work & the bed problem was the only downside to this hotel. My kid had fun at the pool. Location was near the beach, shopping stores, and bars.

Muy bonito hotel la atención del personal muy atentos aparte ablan el idioma inglés y muy limpio y muy pacífico hotel recomendado.

The staff are great ready to accommodate your need. Buffet healthy fresh made no junk combined. Great security 24/7 you and your automobile. Clean no noise. Located in the centre near Rosarito. It safe area, i don't know about you but for me, i felt safer use to walk around get what i needed from nearby shops and the beach is close by cross the street.

Very bad service i wanted to get into te jacuzzi and they say I couldn’t because they were giving it a service when they supposed to clean it after hours. And it didn’t make sense they said that it was ready but it was going to take 3 hrs for the water to get warm!

La Comida riquísima, el café las aguas la verdad lo recomiendo ampliamente y no es caro para la calidad que ofrece
