Estero Beach Hotel/Resort

Wuau! Me encanto este lugar. Es un todoterreno. Sus playas, piscinas, restaurante y hasta un puesto de comida rápida muy eficaz.

Desafortunadamente no buena experiencia, fuimos discriminados porque somos latinos y habia mucho turista "americano" nunca nos atendieron en el restaurante porque estaban muy ocupados, en la alberca pedi una bebida y fue lo mismo olvidaron traermela.no me gustaron los cuartos, sucia la tina y la cortina.muy mala experiencia,

Este lugar tiene todo lo que ocupas para disfrutar, es un lugar hermoso, sólo tuve un inconveniente, me dijeron que podría ocupar mi habitación hasta las 3 de la tarde, pero faltando 10 minutos para las 12 ya me estaban marcando para que la desocupara aparte, 3 meses antes estuve aquí y me dijeron que si aceptaban mascotas y ya que llegó me dicen que no, creo que no, esta bien que digan que si y luego cambien de opinion, y digan que no, pareciera que están jugando los empleados y sólo hablo delos empleados de recepción, por que lo demás empleados son muy amables y atentos

Muy buen lugar para pasar en familia y amigos.

Solo que el agua tiene demasiado cloro lo cual ase que tenga molestia en la piel.
Pero dejando eso atrás es bueno y deja bonitos recuerdos

Es un lugar muy agradable para pasar unas excelentes vacaciones, cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios que hacen la estadía muy llevadera. Respecto a las habitaciones y el servicio es lo mejor

I have stayed here for a night every year for three years now, and let me tell you its worth it. Having a room near the pool, or a quick walk from the beach is nice. Their amenities are great and they have everything you would need for an extended stay close by!

El mejor lugar para descansar y estar en vacaciones muy completo gente de mucha calidad y encuentras muchísima paz

The event went great, I asked my girlfriend to marry me, after that the dinner was excellent, the only down was the event coordinator who was completely unprofessional

Nice Presidential Suite, and a couple of other nice suites, I have seen some real upgrades over the years, including the removal of the trailer park and many little upgrades- the regular rooms are acceptable, there are few places like this where you feel like you are in a different place, far from the USA, and the service is generally impeccable. I was there for my birthday, and for several really fun weekend trips- lots of Americans, I's say 90% or more from CA and AZ. If you have little girls, get them braids, and you will love the pool, and the waterfront dining options.

De sueños la pasamos muy bien. Todo muy limpio con buen mantenimiento en todas las áreas, se disfruta de la naturalesa, museo pequeño pero bonito, recreaciones acuáticas de todo tipo

Muy buen servicio, todo muy limpio, la comida un poco cara pero vale la pena y el buffet está excelente.

La playa no es tan grande, y los guardias son groseros, pero si es muy tranquilo, no recomendable si quieres tirar party

We love staying at Estero Beach Hotel. The restaurant is pretty decent, good service and food. Gated 24 hours felt very safe. Beautiful scenery. They recently have upgraded their outside beach entrance and grounds are kept in very clean and manicured state.

Lo malo es que empezaron a cobrar por pasar a la playa $10dlls por persona lo cual va contra la ley, y ya que el hotel debió dejar una pasada a la zona federal.

Great quality for Ensenada area but the staff gave us keys for another guest's room took an hour to fix the problem and wouldn't even offer us a bottle of water. We were tired after a few hours of driving.

The view is great but the service can be improved. The rooms has no microwave or refrigerator and you can't even buy good food to eat.

Ridiculously High Prices. This is Mexico not Switzerland! I wouldn't mind paying those prices if the food was Worth it. Even the Guacamole was Bland.
The only reason it got 2 stars was the ambience. Good outdoor Band, Beautiful Romantic setting. Good service. We celebrated a friend's birthday and although we sent back our food (duck was over cooked) One mixed drink, four beers, two glasses of wine, 3 salads, 2 entrees - 86.00 Dollars. With 20.00 tip. Seriously we've eaten at Pampa's - Brazillian Restaurant. Food was Great time, Including Drinks for 4 persons under 60 Bucks. And We Don't Leave Hungry!
At La Terraza's on Estero Beach at the Resort, You Should go and enjoy a special evening with your honey. Just arrive full and primered up. Trust.

The rooms are clean, and the bed is nice, but the hotel urges some remodeling. Also amenities like a gym are much needed. All the staff, from waiters, house maids and receptionist are super friendly and very helpful.
