This company took our cash and never gave us our product. When we went to discuss it with the owners they lied and hid from us. No one would tell us their name phone number or location. They are completely untrustworthy and dishonest. I will be pursuing an extensive complaint and I highly recommend that no one do any kind of business with them. The people that work for them will lie to you about who they are and will not give you any contact information. There is no person for conflict resolution.
They are doing a great disservice to their wonderful neighbors and colleagues that do a good job and are honest hard-working people. The owners name is Carlos. His fathers name is Carlos.
The place to report them in Tijuana and they are called Profecto. This is an agency that is supposed to be an advocate for consumers in Mexico.
They should really be put out of business for the way they’re treating hard-working decent people they took $1500 from us and have never even discussed a possible decent resolution.

Custom made anything you want. Very reasonable prices and a good two-week turnaround for custom fences, doors, furniture, gates, more.

I had a custom table done at this place. I paid $1750 for an onyx table and a custom metal base. Well.guess what.the onyx table was not finished right and the custom base has so many sharp edges that it has ruined so many of my clothes. Just go to Mor furniture and get yourself something safe and well done.

This place of business is the worst I’ve ever dealt with, There secretary by the name of Ceci is irresponsible and very unprofessional, she dose not return calls or emails in a timely manner! Keep in mind they have caller ID, therefore they will not pick up the phone because they know it’s you calling! I called over and over on my phone, but as soon as I called on my wife’s phone they picked up! WOW! Not a good way to do business. I put down half of my total cost of my door I was having them make, they call me weeks later saying I need to pick up my door immediately, I was thinking why are they rushing me? Come to find out they were robbing Peter to pay Paul! Not my problem! I live 8 hours away from there location so I needed a picture of my door the finished product, it took her (Ceci) 4 days to send it, when I finally received it the door was all worng! Good thing I asked for a picture of the final product, I would have drove for hours FOR NOTHING!
Wouldn’t recommend these people the my worst enemy. To everyone reading this, stay away for these people, do your self a favor!

This business is verry irresponsible they are disrespectful they don't complete th air work on time pluse they do poor workmanship it is very stressful dealing with these people i dont think i would ever do business with these people again
