40 Hotel Lucerna no compite muy bien en precio, pero es uno de los mejores hoteles “cuatro estrellas” en Tijuana. Es un hotel de negocios clásico en lugar de un complejo turístico o una propiedad de lujo.
Casi siempre hay algún tipo de función los fines de semana.bodas, quinceañera, etc.
Está limpio, tiene una bonita piscina, dos restaurantes (uno más formal, un café informal), un pequeño bar con un área al aire libre con vista a la piscina y un personal generalmente servicial.
En pocas palabras, es comparable a un mejor hotel de 3 1/2 estrellas en los Estados Unidos y la mayoría de las personas nuevas en Tijuana lo encontrarán agradable y familiar.
Excelente lugar para hospedarse, los drinks en la terraza es la mejor parte acompañada de una increíble vista, altamente recomendable
A pesar de ser un hotel con muchísimos años está muy bien atendido y tiene las remodelaciones necesarias para seguir a la vanguardia
The room was excellent. Comfy bed. Great housekeeping. Stayed for 5 nights. Resturants at the hotel were great. All prices reasonable.
The best part is the staff. They were amazing and they really look after you here. Would come again no hesitation.

Rooms are nice and staff is very friendly. Food could have been better but you are located close to nearby restuarants.
FIRST TIME HERE AND IT'S A GREAT HOTEL. EVERYONE THAT WORKS HERE ARE VERY FRIENDLY & PROFESSIONAL. THE ROOM IS NICE AND DOESNT SMELL. THE BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE WITH ENOUGHT PILLOWS FAMILY & I REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY. WILL BE GOING BACK AGAIN.
I love staying here! I've only been 3x's and several staff remembered me and even called me by name on my return trips. I recommend the ceviche, I have it at least once a day and outs such a large portion it feeds 2 of us.
Rooms are very clean and I feel like I'm at a 5- star resort and I haven't met a staff member who did not speak English.

Muy agradable, pero existen habitaciones con muros muy delgados, pareciera que el vecino está dentro de la habitación.
I liked the bar we watch Canelo vs GGG fight and it was perfect not so crowded like other places kinda pricy but worth it
The staff is not polite, the rooms are very dirty (I stayed 6 weeks and saw more than 10 cockroaches in my bedroom), smoothies tasteless and the shuttle (to health treatment clinic) was always late. Besides all that, my watch disappeared there too. Not worth the money.
Los baños para las visitas seguido no tienen papel de baño. El wifi es muy malo. La comida es buena.

Recently renovated, we came back to stay and relive our honeymoon. Not disappointed at all: very clean, cozy, attentive and helpful staff. We have no complaints at all. Look forward to next time!

I love the Lucerna! I've stayed here multiple times, the rooms are nice, the food in their restaurant is delicious, and their customer service is amazing. This is the place to go if you're staying in Tijuana.

20 minutes after getting into the room im ready to shower. Then the door opens and a family of 4 with their luggage are telling me im in their room. Kinda awkward with clothes off. Seems that the desk does not have software to tell when a room is rented. I did not feel safe to keep my luggage in the room when im at dinner. The manager has nothing to offer when i told him.
