Hotel Pueblo Amigo

Me gustó porque está cerca de la frontera. Pero hay opciones más baratas si tienes un presupuesto limitado.

Ambiente muy feo, nada familiar, pasillos huelen a humo de cigarro, habitaciones descuidadas, y cosas que note que me hacen JAMAS volver.

Un excelente lugar limpio cómodo y elegante un excelente trato de los trabajadores cacino salón de eventos excelentes me encanto

I'll tell you something that travel agents do not want u to know. When booking hotels use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ. ᴄᴏᴍ They easily have the best deals on rooms! Much better than using orbitz, priceline, agoda. That is for sure!

Good service and good price! Bellboy is very friendly and the food was ok. King bed was very comfortable I really like its breakfast and juices.

El hotel y casino está perfecto no lo que no me gusto fue el buffet deja la comida esta Rica lo que no me gusto esque uno no se pueda servir lo que quiera tienen personal para ayudarte pero no tienen guantes entoces para que ponen al personal que te ayude, que no es lo mismo? Si hay que respetar la sana distancia pero es muy incómodo estar esperando y uno ya con hambre estabien las medidas pero me parece en cierta forma antihigienico que el hotel no les brinden guantes tan si quiera en lo personal no volveré hasta que haya una solución

No quiet hours- loud 24/7. It’s 3.03 am right now. Called security 3 times- nothing done. Smoke filled rooms no matter what. Save your $. Unless you don’t mind staying awake all night- it’s a Monday night! Never again- I come here for medical tourism. **Their food and service is really good- that’s the only reason why I gave 3 stars. Won’t be coming back.

Great stay, food is awesome, breakfast is a plus, casino inside hotel for those who like to play slot machines or card games

The rooms are dated, but are comfortable and nice. I think for the price it’s very reasonable. My favorite was the restaurant. Food was delicious and modestly price. Try the filet mignon! It cost about $13 USD. Can’t match that in the USA. The only downside is the non-smoking side smells smoky, but then again it’s a casino, what should I expect.

My husband and I both were here for medical and we enjoyed the Pueblo Amigo. The service was impeccable as I needed ice after my surgery we did not have any problem with getting as many buckets as we needed in a short time. The hotel is run like a will oiled machine. I brought my atomizer with essential oil for the room as the Casino is smoking. We heard a bit of noise but nothing to keep us awake. We were also upgraded to a Junior suite which was very large. The bed was comfy and the room clean. I wanted to swim so we moved to the Quartz hotel to swim and I have now waited almost an hour for ice. I will for sure book at the Pueblo Amigo next year!

Nice casino. Walking distance from the border. Right next to a popular nightclub (Alebrije) and a strip club (deja vu). I've never stayed at the hotel but I heard its a good vibe on the weekends.

Of course it was one price on line and a totally different one at the actual hotel. They tried to charge my husband and I $108.00. On line it was only $78 and if you booked with Expedia, it was $82, which makes no since to me. I thought $108 was a little high so they offered us the price of an even $100, only because the air conditioning was not working in the hotel. I tried to show them my phone which I had all my info on prices and they almost shewed me away. The room was ok, it was certainly clean and the bed was comfortable. The gentleman that helped us with our bags was the nicest person in the world. He gets my 5 stars but the front desk could definitely work on their manners.

Made a reservation on booking.com and when I got there they said I was late (10: 30 pm) and they had to give my room away and then the front desk employee was trying to explain to me how reservation works

La nueva modalidad para poder tomar bebidas alcoholicas, tienes que consumir alimentos o no te venden,
Cada vez es más incómodo jugar.

Comida me hizo daño la mentada combinación mexicana pudo ser la salsa.guacamole.frijoles p el queso revisar antes de servir fue como 7p.m.

We like this hotel because is close to the border it's clean has a casino in premises and they are following the protocols of covid 19 protection for guest and staff the only downside it's that I always get lost in the way in but on the way out it's easy to find the border maybe because I don't come very often one or twice a year trips

Super friendly staff, great location clean and nice rooms! Lovely facility BALTAZAR IS THE GUY TO GO FOR YOUR NEEDS! GREAT GUY!

has slot machines inside the hotel, restaurant
doesn't have a pool, or a gym, its close to stores, restaurants, club Alebrije, strip clubs,
and its not far from el arco, and its within minutes of the border

The hotel is nice, not bad personally we thought it was a bit over priced for what they have, but if you like to gamble this is the hotel for you.
