Realmente excelente. Están al sur de Rosarito. La invitación fue a un festejo en el salón de usos múltiples muy cerca de la alberca principal y pegado al m a r. Felicitaciones por lo bien hecho.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. We staid in tower two AC didn't work, we ask the maintenance to fix it and they told us to just open the windows and turn on the fans. The fridge door didn't closed completely, we ask to get it fix the security gurd went to check it out and they said it wasn't fixable to just leave it he disconnected and left so all of our food went bad. AND THEN WE went downstairs To the Jacuzzi and it wasn't working they told us to go to the other tower to use the jacuzzi. Omg we couldn't believe we paid so much money for a hotel 6 in Tijuana! Never again.

Ocean view is always a good thing however places and people in your neighborhood determine how pleasant your stay will be. The view is very pretty but the area is overcrowded and full of unfriendly looking people you see at the local stores buying large amounts of alchohol.not my choice of the places I'd like to bring my wife to.

Pro. If you have kiddos definitely worth the extra security and vigilance. It gives one peace of mind. The lobby pool, jacuzzi and sauna is excellent and just right nice and warm hella relaxing. Con. The wristbands felt like a give away of where im staying felt like we could be targeted if you know what i mean also rules state no glass for drinks i had mine in plastic and was still harassed about my drink no bueno im there to relax.also not as close to private beach as it appears to be. The towers are not complete construction still going on in and out of buildings elevators still have plywood not visually pleasing.

There's a facebook group there, go interact with the owners and future owners before you buy. Dont make the mistake of the reviews here. They are all salespeople that sell there. Ask directly what theyre experience has been. Its mexico so be aware of what you get into in advance.

I worked with Alejandra at La Jolla Excellence. She is one of the best customer service people I have ever worked with! Prompt in returning phone calls, e-mails, she is amazing! La Jolla Excellence is a gorgeous property! Construction, finishing choices in your condo, incredible. The construction and views from the condo towers is breathtaking! DECASA is a builder that has been around for decades! This property for people out of the country/not a Mexican citizen is handled by a Fideicomiso NOT Ejido Land! No need to be concerned this property and builder are amazing! Condos and villas selling quickly! La Jolla Excellence is a slice of Heaven on Earth!

Before you buy in La Jolla excellence ask for the rules, they have to many rules you kind of feel like your in jail, you come out of your apartment and you have security constantly behind you just to see if you going to do something that in the rules to be ready to tell you something. I know that people buy in Mexico where their security to live better but in La Jolla excellence they over do it. It like you bought here to come and enjoy the weekend or when you can come by but sometimes you can’t even enjoy it when you constantly have security on your back and ready to tell you something, so the point is that if you buy here be ready for all those rules which I think they over do it and removes the fun and coming to enjoy time here.

I’m a resident in la Jolla Excelence and never felt better and safe with best Securty and caring people they make sure everyone is safe and they fellow the rules,

Stayed here 6/22. The place is very clean, safe, calm and secure. The room was excellent and decorated very well. Breath taking views. It is a place that I could easily envision myself living at. Close enough to Rosarito if you want to enjoy a night out but far enough away that you can relax. I would highly recommend and I would stay here again.

Very nice, especially ocean view and amenities. However, way too much traffic, once you leave this protected enclave S.of Rosarito.

If you buy here make sure to understand that you have a right to vote even though 60% of the units are not sold. Don't pay attention to the 60% rule in the Rosarito condominium regulations, as it is in conflict with the state law that takes president over it. Watch out for the developer who doesn't want you to vote or have anything to do with the complex or have you audit how they're spending your maintenance money

Without a doubt this is going to be the best development for the price in Rosarito Beach. These developers have been building for very long time and no what they're doing. I promise you if you want to buy a condo close to the ocean You better buy from a developer that knows how to build next to the ocean because if they don't know how to build everything gets rusted out in matter of couple years. These developers know what they're doing and for the price you can not going to find anything for better value than La Jolla excellent!

Very relaxing condominium. The view to the Pacific is beautiful. It's close to many restaurants in Rosarito. As of today 12,25,2018, more high rises will be built next to each other. The second one is under construction right now.

A family friend owned a condo at La Jolla real next door in Rosarito and after visiting him we were convinced at buying our own beachfront place. DECASA made it easy to buy and we can’t wait to move into our own condo in tower 2 and enjoy the private beach, pools, and gym! We are looking forward to spending summer days in Baja!

My family and I have been looking for condos for sale in Rosarito for about a year, and have visited Rosarito all the way to Ensenada for 5+ years. We live in San Diego so it's an easy vacation and drive down for great tacos and wide open beaches. Last week we drove down specifically to visit condo communities to compare. We visited La Jolla Excellence and 3 other upscale communities - Club Marena, SeaHouz and La Olas Grand. All were nice and clean and overall felt safe, yet La Jolla Excellence felt perfect.it had a number of things that we valued most which was total security! And proximity with it being the closest community and shortest drive taking less than 25 minutes from the border, the other communities were 40 min.away. La Jolla Excellence is the only brand new community with a private beach. The staff was very helpful and showed us 6 difference units and two villas. The community is gorgeous and definitely worth a visit to the community if you're thinking about buying real estate in Baja.

I've visited Rosarito many times and fell in love with the area. I have always thought how awesome it would be to own a condo or villa right on the beach. I know its very affordable but just never found the right place. That was until I came across the new upscale community by La Jolla Excellence. Right away I was impressed with the condo and villas they had available and even better the price. The sales agent showed me around the community and instantly I felt right at home. The beach area was beautiful and had a pool area looking over it. I felt safe and comfortable because of their security too. This brand new community had me in awe. And the local restaurants and shops were amazing too. This was exactly what I was looking for. I highly recommend La Jolla Excellence to anyone looking to buy beachfront condos or villas in Rosarito Baja Mexico.

The complex should look very beautiful when finish. I’m thinking to buy one unit but nervous about having them finishing the all project. But this can happen anywhere
Also the beach area doesn’t look very clean.
