They have honest pricing. Probably the best RE agency in the San Quintin area of Baja California. I'd recommend their agency. They also deal with insurance matters and rental options.

I interacted with agent Gabriel Mendoza. I felt he was not motivated to act as a buyer's agent. I forwarded him a listing advertised by another realty company. I asked him some questions about the property. I was turned off and disappointed when he mentioned "you have lots of questions that I cannot answer, mainly because it is not our listing. "

I have a problem with this response because isn't it the agent's job to research the property or is he just lazy and unmotivated? Also it sounds like he prefers to sell his own listings and gain more commission. That's unprofessional and this is from an agent that claims to be a member of Mexico's AMPI. Very disappointing and I do not recommend this realty agency.
