Llegamos y nos dijeron que asistiéramos a cierta oficina para recoger los pases para la piscina, fuimos a la oficina, no había nadie allí. Regresamos a My San Felipe Vacations y él dijo que tenías que ir a la oficina de HOA. Más tarde fuimos a nuestro condominio de alquiler en una zona de guerra, los condominios abandonados rodeaban el 501. No había dónde estacionar, regresamos a la oficina y preguntamos por otro lugar. Nos dieron 251. Llegamos allí, está cerrado. Llamé a la oficina. No ese, ya que alguien más iba a estar en él. Tu camioneta tiene 411. Entramos, no hay wifi. Lo arreglaron después de que llamé. Más tarde esa noche, la seguridad de la Asociación de Propietarios llamó a la puerta y dijo que no podía estacionar su camioneta ni su caravana. Dije que lo arreglaría por la mañana.
A la mañana siguiente, la seguridad regresó y dijo que le dijeron que se quedara hasta que yo moviera el camión y la caravana. Me dijeron que lo estacionara a más de un kilómetro de distancia y que debía llevar comida y pertenencias de un lado a otro. Empaqué y me fui. Regresé a la oficina y me ofrecieron un lugar al otro lado de la carretera, lejos de la playa. Dejé de lado 750 dólares estadounidenses. No voy a volver nunca.

En respuesta a su respuesta, el estacionamiento no estaba cerca del condominio. Cuando llegué en camioneta y camper. El personal no dijo nada sobre el estacionamiento, el pago y una vez que hubo un problema, ofrecieron una casa en la ladera de la montaña, nada cerca de la playa, al otro lado de la carretera. Su folleto no menciona nada sobre vehículos de gran tamaño. Malas prácticas comerciales, un reembolso en efectivo estaría bien

Condominios totalmente equipados, no necesitas llevar nada más que toallas y para preparar tus alimentos. Sitio limpio y el personal atento a cualquier contratiempo.

La propiedad supuestamente fue remodelada. No era. Solo hay 1 enchufe en cada habitación, las puertas no cerraban bien, había un trozo de madera contrachapada debajo de los cojines del sofá y eso lo hacía súper duro, la cocina y el refrigerador estaban muy anticuados. Le di 2 estrellas porque cada habitación tenía un mini-split, y el patio trasero frente a la playa era muy lindo. La playa en sí estaba bien, se puede decir que la imagen de la playa es un retoque fotográfico y cuando baja la marea se pueden ver grandes montones de cemento y cubos de cemento que alguien dejó allí para que se secara.

Me he alojado en esta hermosa casa de playa durante muchos años, desafortunadamente siguen diciendo que devolverán un pequeño depósito en efectivo, pero aún esperan.
Actualizar: todo se solucionó.
Hacen todo lo posible para hacer las cosas bien. Me quedaría de nuevo y recomiendo encarecidamente My San Felipe Vacation

Excelente lugar para fin de semana. Solo los residentes de tercer edad americanos muy exagerados con la velocidad aun cuando va uno despacio

Excelente forma de disfrutar tus vacaciones, mantienen muy bien las instalaciones y tiene de todo para que estés muy cómodo, para nosotros ya es una tradición ir cada año con ellos a alguna de las propiedades que administran, 100% recomendados.

El condominio era agradable y limpio. ¿El refrigerador estaba desenchufado cuando llegamos allí y lo sacamos a la cocina? Lo enchufamos y desafortunadamente el congelador no funcionó (y el hielo se derritió lentamente). Así que fuimos y compramos una hielera y la usamos para el hielo. No llamé a la gerencia porque obviamente sabían que había un problema. Pero en general, fue un gran valor. Volveré a alquilar (con suerte, el congelador estará arreglado para el verano).

Just returned from a 3 month stay in San Felipe, Baja. As I have done with numerous other vacations there, I arranged my accommodations through: ‘My San Felipe Vacations. ’ I have always been completely satisfied with both the houses and the staff. The office staff are both courteous and diligent, always taking care of any issues that might arise. Satisfaction, security, convenience, and a range of activities. What more could I ask for? 5 star rating!

This place rented us an amazing house on the beach! They were super easy to deal with and the house was clean and beautiful! I would definitely recommend this place if you are looking for a house for a week in San felipe. We will be back!

This is our second season of renting through My San Felipe Vacation. Both times the staff have been very accommodating. The units have been nice and any issues fixed promptly. Will use them again.

We have stayed here many times and the service is always great. Any requests or difficulties are taken care efficiently and with the guest's comfort in my. The security is great and there are many activities to do.

This is our third time renting from my San Felipe Vacation. The reservation team is always willing to help. We were not clear on how to get the pool passes as we had arrived late the night before. A phone call to the office quickly sorted this out. The rental was clean and well maintained. Sunrises were magical! Our kids are already asking when we can go back. See you guys in 2022.

Very very bad service. I rented Casa del sol a couple weeks ago and specifically paid for early entry and late. Upon arrive I was informed that I could not enter the home as an early entry because of cleaning issues. I WAS TOLD TO GO TO TOWN AND MAKE TIME, REALLY? BY THEN I was told I could enter the home at 12 noon, we arrived at the home at noon and once again was turned away and unable to enter the home. My family (with kids) was left sitting in the sun for hours until the cleaning crew had the audacity to finish. After hours of so call cleaning the home, the home was still dirty and trash everywhere. So I ask my self all that time for what? The home states their kitchen is fully equipped, lie once again. No pot or pans, no cooking utensils, no kitchen accessories what so ever. Upstairs Bathroom was leaking lots of water, no bathroom seat in the bottom bathroom. TV did not work or turn on. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR THE AMOUNT OF MONEY THEY RENT THE HOUSE FOR. The only good thing was the pool. I TOOK THE LIBERTY OF FINDING THE OWNER OF THE HOME AND SPOKE TO HIM PERSONALLY. HE WAS UNAWARE OF ALL OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING IN HIS RENTAL. VERY POLITE MAN, UNLIKE MY SAN FELIPE VACATION STAFF.
I'm very very disappointed and will never rent from them again. BEEN GOING TO SAN FELIPE MY WHOLE LIFE AND WE HAVE RENTED MANY MANY HOMES. This was the first time I was so unhappy with a house rental.
I was never contacted after our entry to the home for any apology or even checked upon on.
Sad and bad service.
Take your business elsewhere. Find cheaper prices and better homes. I guarantee it.

My husband and I made a last minute decision to travel to San Felipe. We were staying in Puerto Penasco. We made the reservation the morning of our arrival day.
The cleaning list for rentals had already been dispatched so the house we were to rent was not ready. We had driven almost 6 hours and were very tired (and probably cranky).
We went back to the Vacation office and the team worked very hard to find us another rental. They ended finding us something that was even better at the same price.
Then they sent someone with us to be sure everything was okay, they sset up our wifi, etc.
I have been in customer service management for many years. Mistakes happen but how the team works together to resolve those issues is what matters most.
Bravo My San Felipe Vacation. Job very well done.

Beautiful stay. Only down fall is they don't allow atvs so we can't rent it for 24hrs, only 12

This was our 3rd time renting from San Felipe Vacations and always happy with their service. Our coffee maker stopped working on the 2nd day. I made a complaint and received a new one within an hour.

The Las Palmas property location is excellent, having a washer, dryers total plus and the kitchen appliances well except stove. The house could have several improves like; only two burners on stove work, rusted restrooms shelves, and shower heads. Also some of the matress are to old. This considering the price became a issue.

I loved the easy process to reserve and rent the condo. How the staff was always so helpful and responsive to my questions. Will always rent thru My San Felipe Vacation. Very safe website to rent.
