Worst experience ever. I am an American who hired them to purchase a house in Baja California, unfortunately, I found this husband and wife so call "realtors". They are unprofessional and did not provide the service I paid for. I called several times to discuss my issues with them, and they ended up threaten me. Basically telling me they will make it very difficult for me to conduct any kind of business in Baja California. They even blackmail me and billed me for the service that they didn't provide. People serious don't believe these scammers. They are crooks and scam artist. I can't stress more. But STAY AWAY PLEASE. DON'T BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS ON HERE. THEY ARE WRITTEN BY THEIR FRIENDS AND FAMILY. STAY AWAY! TRUST ME. I DON'T WANT ANYONE TO EXPERIENCE WHAT I HAVE WITH THEM. Again stay away.

They helped me feel informed when picking one of their properties to rent, they were also very professional and friendly. It was a easy process for lease, I felt safe with trusting them and their process than I likely would have with any other company. Would use them again.

They helped me find a cheap and great property for rent in Tijuana, very professional and they had a very clean process for lease, I felt safe with them in comparison to other real estate agencies.

Started when I saw an ad for an apartment in Tijuana.initial appointment was at 5pm the agent was late by 30 minutes. The agent then showed up and discussed about the property. The amount of document required were far more than what anywhere in the US has ever asked me.here what they asked for
1) proof of income the last 4 month (has to be in check and the check has to have information of your employer including their phone number and address)
2) your Government issued ID
below is the crazy part
3) pay for your own credit check and provide it to them
4) provide 3 or 4 reference I don't remember and make sure they pick up the phone.they wont tell you when to call, so make sure your reference pick up the phone on their demand.
5) this part is the craziest, They want some one who owns a business in Tijuana to co-sign for you.and want the co-signer "guarantor" to provide all the necessary document that they own the business and willing to co-sign for you.
6) If 5 is not available.they want you to pay twice the deposit, plus first month rent and last month rent and is a 6 month lease. So if they don't like you after 6 month, they keep your 2 month deposit.lets say you past all 6 of the requirement above.their response is slow, very slow.

So basically what I'm trying to say is, if you are a renter, stay away, to ask for so much document for something that's about 500 bucks a month? They must be crazy. I even offered to pay 6 month in advance.
If you're and owner of a property and decide to hire these guys to help you sell or rent it out.all I can say is, you will lose a lot of money because the rental process is so dumb and your property will sit vacant for a long time before anyone they "approve" can move it.good luck everyone, hopefully this helps.
