Playa del Paraíso

De lo mejor en San Felipe, un lugar amplio, con alberca, acceso al mar y habitaciones limpias y cómodas, mención especial para los condominios ya que tienen recamaras grandes con tina de hidromasaje, cocina con utensilios, comedor, etc, y la terraza muy grande con una vista increíble. 100% recomendado, nos faltó tiempo para disfrutarlo.

Bastante amplio y buena atención. Pero los.colchones no están cómodos, nos quedamos dos días y no limpiaron el cuarto. La alberca está bonita, pero chica, sin sombra y pocas sillas.
Aunque tampoco hay muchas opciones en San Felipe.

Le falta más ni ganchos para la ropa, máquina de hielo, toallas rasposas en el baño y no es nada económico

El lugar en si no esta mal, es "bonito" y muy tranquilo.
Por otra parte carece de servicio de personal por las noches, lo que lo hace muy molesto.
No hay restaurantes ni nada cercas.
No es barato y no es de lujo, los muebles son anticuados y viejos al igual que la electronica.
Televisones muy viejas.
Y si se daña algo los precios son descaradamente desproporcionales.
Esta "bien" en general mas le hace falta mucho.

Great beach with lots of activities. Easy to find parking and enjoy activities. Many restaurants and shops around it

So after multiple attempts to use your Jacuzzi that is marketed on your page as an anomaly for guests I was unable to use it one single time then I was notified that there are hours from the time the office opens at 8 AM to 10 PM that is pool and Jacuzzi hours so when can I use your warm Jacuzzi because it’s never on I just went and checked it and it’s turned off and it is currently 8 PM that is false advertising. I checked it at 3 PM while I was in the ocean waiting for it to get very hot and it was at 88° I am so disappointed my kids are disappointed my room doesn’t have a hot tub my room doesn’t have a bathtub my room doesn’t have a Jacuzzi tub your pool is freezing cold and it would’ve been really nice to be able to use your hot tub that is the whole reason we chose to stay at this establishment

We stayed at this hotel for our family trip about a group of 30 people. Upon arriving it was a hassle to enter the hotel since no one was at the entrance to allow us onto the hotel premies. Many of us were calling trying to get ahold of someone to assist us. As we were checking in we all had to wait in order to check in to our rooms since we had let them know in advance around what time we would arrive. My family stayed in the two bedroom condo. The tv's were not set up. The fridge was not working. I had to leave my food in the cooler until maintenace checked out the fridge the following day. The handle on the sliding door for the terrace fell off. The balcony rail was very loose and a danger hazard. There is absolutely no wifi service at all. There are no phones in the room to call for assistance. The front desk is only there from 8am - 6pm and if you ask for something you have to ask multiple times for it to get done. For the amount of money we paid we even had to personally take out all of the trash from our room. Our room doesn't receive any type of cleaning service throughout the stay.

Muy mala experiencia, comenzando con el pésimo servicio, habitaciones viejas y descuidadas, me toco la suerte de que la habitación olía horrible a drenaje, y nadie contestaba los telefonos el lobby cerrado, nadie pudi cambiarme la habitación y tuve que irme del lugar.

I just want to start off with it is a very beautiful location of where the hotel is. And you have front row seats to the beach by the pool. BUT OVERALL VERY UNSATISSFIED WITH HOTEL STAFF AND ACCOMMADATIONS TO THE ROOM. WHEN WE NEEDED ANY HELP THEY WOULD IGNORE US OR TAKE FOREVER TO RESPOND CONSIDERING WE ARE PAYING A LOT OF MONEY TO STAY THERE. THE GENTLEMAN IN THE FRONT TO LET YOU IN ARE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. THEY PROVIDE NO SERVICE IN THE ROOM SUCH AS CLEANING, TOILET PAPER, EXTRA TOWELS. As beautiful as it was I would never stay here again!

Buen precio! Solo que si es necesario venir en coche Oxxo cerca pero no hay restaurante ni tienda en las instalaciones! Debes traer todo lo q necesites! Muy bien cuidado!

Poquito is such a lovely person upon arrival! The resort itself is so beautiful upon arrival & have special wildlife for the animals! Highly recommend

El conplejo se encuentra incompleto, sin restaurante, alberca pequeña para el número de habitaciones, la playa del hotel tiene acceso personas desconocidas con motos, vehiculos y razer, bebiendo alcohol, que lo hace inseguro para las familias hospedadas, además mi habitación no tenia televisión

Esta muy bonita, sus aguas limpias, casi no hay basura, pero hay mucha piedra que hace complicado caminar, es necesario llevar calzado adecuado para esto.

Es un lugar muy agradable tanto para adultos como para niños, la playa esta enfrente del hotel, tiene un camino de tarimas para que no vaya por la arena, la piscina está muy padre y el jacuzzi es pequeño pero perfecto para 3 adultos o 4, en general como todo hotel no puede ser perfecto lo único que si pediría es que la cama principal fuera al menos queen o King size, ya que es matrimonial, pero todo muy limpio sanitizado y una viste increíble desde el balcón muy amplio por cierto

Nice quite resort. No amenities, small pool and jacuzzi. Right on the beach on the south end of San Felipe.

La vista es hermosa, la atencion es adecuada, no te sientes vigilada, todos los servicios funcionan bien, estaria bien que sirvieran comida, ya que estas frente al mar en un lugar privado no se antoja salir.

I stayed at sanctuary in May it was very easy to go on line and book a reservation the person. I. Spoke with was very friendly. The tents, were roomy and comfortable great access to. The sea of Cortez will probably visit again
