49El buffet dominical es una excelente opción para una pequeña celebración o desayuno familiar. Muy buen servicio y variedad de alimentos. ¡Muy recomendado!
Hotel was fine, clean and really elegant. Everyone is nice and helpful. The big complaint I have is even though you are paying for a room they still charge for parking but don’t tell you until your about to leave. I was told to go in through the hotels front entrance so I could get a ticket and not get charged but when it came time to leave they charge $250 pesos. The lady at gate says you have to go to the front desk and “register” your car? No one ever told me to do that, I kept insisting that but she would not open the gate until I paid.
La verdad me hospedé aqui en mayo 2018 me dejaron en el piso 5 y me dieron desayuno. Todo bien. Vengo de nuevo en agosto 2018 y me ponen en una habitación en piso 1 sin desayuno, sin vista de la ciudad. Como que nada más por cumplir. Quizá la próxima me vaya a Holiday inn. Al menos ahí me dan desayuno y periódico. Acá ni periódico hay en el lobby
We booked a room online and they couldn’t find our reservations, we even showed the confirmation text, The guy named Xavier wasn’t even profesional to help us to resolve the peoblem he basically kik us out
I really like this place breakfast is little expensive for the Mexico of course but standard of the room and service is really good
The hotel is very nice inside restaurant and bar the staff is great would have given 5 stars but AC is the hotel was bad no ac only air blowing
Excelente lugar y servicio en el mostrador y a la habitación, y un excelente y super completo bufette de desayuno.
Great location - Zona Rio Urbana not too far after crossing the border from California, clean and cozy rooms with a rainfall showerhead, nice toiletries, staff was friendly. Walking distance to bars, lounges, delicious restaurants such as Tras Horizonte - get the salmon taco! Bell staff was available and courteous. Free parking and Wi-Fi!
Only con was that the front desk staff was slow during check-in and check-out, seemed a bit under trained.
