Solo falta una entrada mejor delimitada, todo lo demás se ve bien organizado

REAL MEDITERRÁNEO UN FRACCIÓNAMIENTO MUY BONITO, ENDONDE SE PUEDEN OBSERVAR HERMOSOS ATARDECERES, Y SENTIRSE EN CONTACTO CON DIOS.

La playa es muy peculiar, los policias amables, la alberca comunal esta aceptable.

Bonito, el guardia mi pide ID, no debería de ser tan confiado

Today my wife and I visited Real Mediterraneo, Punta Bandera Tijuana (07/06/2018) to view an ocean front lot for sale. What a disappointment and waste of time.

The entrance to Real Mediterraneo should have been our first clue. What was supposed to be the entrance is blocked. The exit is now used for entry and exit. The gates are rusted and in need of maintenance. The guard happened to be missing with no notice left so my wife walked a few feet to the north and found the fence missing and walked inside. There was a car trying to leave with a broken gate opener and was stuck on the inside as well. Another vehicle came to exit and opened the gate for us all. Not the best security.

As for the rest of the community, it is in a very bad state, many corroded areas, unfinished details, collapsing walls, rusty exterior stairs, a community staircase made of wood that is a danger, and a clubhouse that has no life, empty and without anything attractive to offer.

Two new houses that are supposedly sold are under construction. I can hardly believe anyone in their right mind would buy a newly built house in such a dilapidated community.

They told us that the maintenance fee is $ 100 dollars, that amount is not enough to keep at least the common areas in good condition. It is a pity that nobody has bothered to maintain the houses and the community because the location has such potential. The website of Real Mediterraneo and all the real estate websites that offer them for sale shows a reality that is no longer. Maybe it was in 2008 when it was in all its glory. The reality is far from that. Today the photos that the websites show have nothing to do with this place that looks like an abandoned community that screams for maintenance for all the abandoned houses.

In my opinion, If you are thinking of buying or renting here you should think twice. It appears that other than a few properties, the entire community is run down and in desperate need of maintenance.

Hoy mi esposa y yo visitamos Real Mediterráneo, Punta Bandera Tijuana (07/06/2018) para ver un lote en venta frente al mar. Qué decepción y pérdida de tiempo.

La entrada a Real Mediterráneo debio haber sido nuestra primera pista. Lo que se suponía que era la entrada está bloqueada. El gate de salida ahora se usa para entrada y salida. Las puertas están oxidadas y necesitan mantenimiento. El guardia estaba desaparecido, sin aviso, así que mi esposa caminó unos pocos pasos hacia el norte y descubrió que faltaba la cerca y entró. Había un automóvil tratando de salir del complejo con un control remoto que no funcionaba. Esa persona quedo esperando bastante tiempo a que alguien le abriera el gate para salir. Otro vehículo vino a salir y abrió la puerta para todos nosotros. No es la mejor seguridad.

En lo que respecta al resto de la comunidad, esta en muy mal estado, muchas areas corroidas, detalles sin terminar, paredes derrumbándose, escaleras exteriores oxidadas, una escalera comunitaria hecha de madera que es un peligro, y una casa club que no tiene vida, vacia y sin nada atractivo que ofrecer.

Dos lotes en construccion supuestamente vendidos. Apenas puedo creer que alguien en su sano juicio pueda comprar una casa recién construida en una comunidad tan deteriorada. Nos dijeron que la cuota de mantenimiento son $100 dolares, esa cantidad no es suficiente para mantener por lo menos las areas en comun en buen estado.
Es una lástima que nadie se haya molestado en mantener las casas y la comunidad porque la ubicación tiene tal potencial. El website de Real Mediterraneo y todos los real estate website que los ofrecen a la venta muestra una realidad que ya no es, quizas asi era en el 2008 cuando estaba en todo su esplendor. Hoy las fotos que el website muestra, no tienen nada que ver con ese lugar que parece una comunidad abandonada que pide a gritos mantenimiento para todas las casas abandonadas.

Tranquilidad, excelente lugar para vivir frente al mar.

Great place and the only residential location where you can easily launch a jetski or small boat and be so close to the border without having to go through town.
