The customer service is great, but the internet service is awful and sooo expensive. You pay triple what you pay everywhere else and the quality is not even 1/10. It goes out every day at least 1nce and god forbid there is any wind or rain because it goes out completely. They never pick up the phone and when they do they just say its a tech issue and theyll work on it. Ive gone days without service and there is no compensation. 70dlls a month and just terrible inconsistent service daily.

The service stinks very unprofesional they promise much but give little, im sorry i could never recomend this internet to no one,

Cobran mucho es basura tienen muy mal servicio no merece la pena invertir en un servicio así no son amables y no dan lo que ofrecen 0/10

Aquí está bueno porque te mandan la señal de internet hasta regiones lejanas del pueblo, lo malo es que es carísimo!

The lady who speaks English is very helpful but busy on her own.

I was willing to sign up with these MUCH more expensive guys because there was at least a month-long wait, & maybe longer, with Telnor. I didn't have to sign anything that said my initial $245 (!) was nonrefundable & Connie was professional & spoke good English. Then Telnor (of course) showed up later that same day & started working in my neighbourhood (San Antonio del Mar). I told Rosarito Wireless to put the work order on hold temporarily, but they cashed my check anyway & Connie was positively NASTY when I went to get MY money back. I count myself lucky that I got it back at all. Take this as an indicator of the service you will get when things aren't going Rosarito Wireless' way.
