Nos hospedamos una noche en este hotel y fue una experiencia hermosa, increíble la habitación además de que la cama era muy cómoda, pudimos disfrutar del cielo estrellado y del silencio, nos encanto super recomendación para desconectarte y disfrutar de la tranquilidad de ese lugar.

The management teem went out of their way to accommodate guests for massage and facial. Every time our spa team works here I am impressed bthey keep it a small, well ctered experience of the Valle de Guadalupe.

A small vineyard with a tasteful setup for your stay. A beautiful view from out back with seating to enjoy. Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Coffee and Freshed squeeze orange juice and some fine chilaquiles or some delicious french toast.

There is a lot to say about this hotel. It is definitely not a 3 star hotel. Had to kill spiders two days in a row, in our room. It is located down a dusty dirt road; although it is in a peaceful setting. The small restaurant for breakfast is an outdoor kitchen using wood for cooking, and it is really good. I’m sorry to say this is not a nice hotel. Security for the rooms is not good. They did a nice job in the rooms with a good bed and nice shower. I think ultimately it is simply over priced.

The was such a cute and quaint hotel. The grounds were lovely and the staff was incredibly nice. I only wish we stayed longer. We came to the area for a friends birthday so we only spent one night here as they had planned activities for us. But the few moments we had to enjoy the surroundings here were priceless. They include breakfast in the package, which was cooked outside in the bar area. The grounds is also home to an extremely well behaved dog. My bf feel in love with him. My only recommendation would be to have a sign out front to identify this location as Santerra. While there are plenty of signs along the way to ensure you are on the right path. The hotel does not have a sign in the front.

I would 100% love to come back and really enjoy the tranquility Santerra has to offer.

Lovely place with an outstanding view. Love that it's a pet friendly place the owner has 2 adorable dogs that welcomes you and escorts you from the entrance to the parking lot. The breakfast it's unbelievable good.

Let's begin with the drive down to Santerra, the drive was decent and I personally enjoyed hitting the dirt road and getting off the grid. Upon my arrival I was greeted by their dogs Miklo and Zacornia they were absolutely adorable and very well behaved. Checking in was a fast process. Our room was clean and had so much natural sunlight. The view from our patio was exquisitely beautiful. The host Jorge is very outgoing, friendly, and professional. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere while having a few glasses of wine. If your into a nice red blend wine I highly recommend trying a bottle of their signature wine. I was advised by the staff that santerra is pet friendly too! I loved the place even more! Miklo and Zacornia were my favorite part of my stay. I will definitely be coming back with my dogs and friends

Wonderful stay, the breakfast amazing, chilaquiles with a sweet potato sauce and habanero awesome. Great host Marcela friendly and super service. Clean and very comfortable beds. Great bathroom. I’ll come back any time.

Bad experience. Arrived to a very cold room with an infant. Heater provided did not work and was not able to warm up room to safe temp so we left to check into a new modern hotel for half the cost & with working heat. Need 4x4 or high clearance vehicle to access property safely, many large pot holes and dips on long muddy road where we were close to being stuck. Staff was nice but not particularly helpful and the place seems cool however the lack of heat makes this place like a glamping experience not as advertised, not a 150+ usd a night accommodation. There isnt a restaurant or food on site even though this is noted in booking. The room floor was dirty. No kettle or coffee maker in room as promised and WiFi signal not usable, among many other missing amenities. Should be properly advertised and advise to guests that property doesn’t have adequate heat, access is limited to certain vehicles especially during rainy periods, long dirt road is only accessible road, not suitable for kids or infants, amenities promised are not entirely provided, etc.

I hate to write this review as I am sure this family run business wants to make it.
The internet said, free internet.there was none. It also said a coffee room and theme meals.absolutely no such thing. We were given two paper cups, but only for one day. We checked out other hotels and you got so much more for the same dollar value.

But worst of all my white jeans went mysteriously missing on the last night!
Not happy.

Santerra was AMAZING! They're a growing winery and honestly they have the best services. Two of my friends and I went this weekend for her birthday and we had a blast. Super relaxing and delicious food! Miklo is soooo cute! (dog) I woud stay there again any time!

Tuve la mejor experiencia. Atención de primera. El hotel es muy bonito, ubicado en un lugar con una vista privilegiada, silencioso e ideal para el descanso y encontrar la tranquilidad. El cuarto muy cómodo y con impecables instalaciones. Sólo me faltó probar la comida pero será en la próxima visita porque definitivamente regresaré.
