In Mexico.there is no such thing as the BEST SERVICE, you just want to know who is NOT THE WORST.
I had good internet for about a year. THEN, something happened and it stopped working. I called and got the repair order number each time. THREE TIMES.
The service guys were supposed to call before they came over, because i am NOT sitting in a rocking chair, looking out the window, waiting for these guys to show up. SO.they dont call.
ONCE the service guy shows up, my friend my friend tells them. "hey, Larry will be right back, here is his number, call his cell" (i showed up 2 minutes later).
They didnt call, they didnt come back.
I also called their help line 3 times, and after explaining everything, they hung up on me three times!
I went to their office THREE TIMES in one week, and told them that they had to fix it THIS WEEK< or THATS IT, I AM GONE>
I started monday and told them, they had to have it fixed by friday.
SO. (ha ha) friday afternoon, the manager calls me at 4: 15 and says his guys finish at 4: 00 and they didnt have time to get to my problems. (by this time, NO INTERNET FOR 3 MONTHS?)
So.i told him to FORGET IT, that I was going to TOTALPLAY. AND. I DID. SO.now telnor is sending me messages, calling me, asking me to sign up with them, to fill out surveys.ha ha.pathetic. NO more telnor for me. THREE service order calls, three trips to the office, 3 times they hung up on me. Adios telnor

I came down here to fix a problem with my parents service i was meet by a very professional and amazing lady at the front! She helped me with everything i needed. Telnor has the best internet in the city! If your a gamer this is the internet you want in your house! The DSL they have is AMAZING! I have ZERO network problems and zero Lag. THIS IS THE WAY

Just tell our location is staffed with incredibly professional individuals some of which speak English and make it very easy to establish a phone in Mexico!

Esta m sucursal está muy bien ubicada en Playas. Solo que se requiere cajeros actualizados modernos para agilizar pagos y dar cambio. Solo uno de los 4 cajeros instalados funciona.

Bien este lugar para pagar tu servicio de telefonía e internet ya que es fácil pagar en sus cajeros automaticos

Excellent customer service and friendly staff. It took a long time to get my service setup but it wasn't because of incompetency. They have staff members that speak English and every single one of them are friendly.

The slowest imaginable Internet less than 1 mbps Most of the time. Customer service is terrible they take days to check routine inquiries. And prices are not inexpensive!

Love Telnor for phone and INternet. Super reliable, 20MB direct to house fiber optic line for under $400 pesos/month. Never any slowdown. Only Out for 1 hour in 1 year. The best if looking for service in PLayas

El mejor servicio que me dieron aqui fue la anulacion de mi contrato despues de haberme dado un pesimo servicio para hacer un cambio domiciliario a mi linea. Terriblw comunicacion entre dep tecnico, tienda y servicio a cliente en general

Tengo desde el viernes que vienen a poner mi servicio internet y no llegaron el sabado llega el technico y dice que le dieron mal nose que y que iva venir otro technico! Me quede esperando toda la tarde y les marque me decian que ya venian y nada! Asta que me apagaron el telefono! Que improfesionalismo de esta compania! No son ni siquiera buenos para avisar lo que esta ocurriendo o que van a venir asta el otr mes. Estoy tratando de llamar al telnor de playas de tijuana y no entraa llamada! En ningun lugar!

Front service is a bit mediocre. Process are a joke, they're asking premium prices for not so premium or overhyped products (computers, TV's, etc).
