10I can't believe I had not previously made a review about this place because it is probably hands down one of the best birria de res places around. You can buy a single Taco here, whether it be tender or slightly crunchy, and a full-on order so you can eat as it is eaten traditionally. What's great is that you can also get it served with tuétano, which is the tender part inside of the bones of the cow. I've known the owner for quite a while since they opened and they're always very serviceable but make sure to keep in mind that because of the size of the place and the number of personnel if it's busy there may be a waiting time, but it is definitely worth it for the quality of food. Parking space is also limited due to the fact that it's located within another Plaza but then again right in front of the street there is a lot of free street parking on the side walk. I'll add some pictures later! 5 out of five star experience for me.

Mucho mejor que los mantecosos de los xolotacos. Y solo a 1 cuadra de distancia. Eso es lo que la gente no sabe.
My favorite place to have birria with tuetano (bone marrow) tacos. They are good and consistant. They used to have a place in Central Rosarito but it closed. This is the original place. Service is fast and friendly and food is excellent. Much better than the cart down the street. A hidden gem. I recommend it.
Un lugar lleno de humo, te deja oliendo a aceite quemado la ropa y el cabello, la birria no es muy buena ya que he comido mucho mejores, los tuétanos si los recomiendo ya que le gustó mucho a mi novia, los precios son promedio, si quieres comer tuétano este es el lugar indicado, birria mejor ve a otro lugar
Muy buenos! Realmente lo único que faltaría fuera una salsa mas picosa. Pero el tuétano esta de poca.
La birria y el tuetano en este lugar está deliciosa. Si estás por la aria te recomiendo que lo pruebes, te va a gustar tanto que no te vas a querer ir, te lo prometo.
Primera vez que visito este lugar. Los tacos de birria con tuétano es otro rollo. Es algo delicioso que vale la pena probarlos. Es una ricura. Me encantan!
