El servicio de degustación excelente, ameno y puntual.
Vale la pena tomar 2 degustaciones distintas.
El servicio en Troka, de lo mejor, amables y con mucho conocimiento tanto de los platos como de los vinos.
A diferencia de otras vinícolas, aquí hay un estanque y puedes disfrutar la vista.

Edgar fue absolutamente la mejor persona para obtener nuestra degustación. Tuvimos un grupo de personas de todo California con diferentes paletas de vinos, y esto estuvo a la par con una experiencia de vino en Napa: francamente, mejor y más personalizada. Él era una alegría, y el vino era genial. Si bien hubo una clara diferencia entre los vinos naturales y estándar, fue muy divertido probar ambos y obtener las sugerencias de Edgar sobre los maridajes. Si nos hubiéramos preparado mejor para nuestro vuelo, absolutamente nos habríamos llevado algo a casa.

. Indiscutiblemente, el mejor lugar en el VALLE debe pasar y quedarse o simplemente ir a la bodega y ver al MEJOR ENOLORO DEL VALLE JUAN.

Fuimos con un grupo de 5 e hicimos la cata de vinos naturales. Vaya, qué experiencia. Edgar nos cuidó muy bien y aprendimos mucho de él mientras sonreíamos y reíamos. ¡Sin mencionar que los vinos eran tan deliciosos y muy diferentes de lo que estábamos acostumbrados! Cuando Edgar terminó con su presentación, todos sabíamos que volveríamos. Esto es algo que debes probar si estás en Valle.

Sala de degustación MUY genial/única: está excavada en la ladera y luego los cascos de los barcos volteados son los techos de las habitaciones.

En cuanto al vino, tienen muchos vinos naturales originales, como el vino de naranja. La novedad es interesante y divertida de probar, pero recomendaría seguir con los vinos convencionales.

Me trataron con discriminación, me
dieron en la degustación de un vino que se notaba que estaba abierto de varios días mi novia estudió y sabe del tema y notoriamente no era lo que pague y apuraron nuestra degustación para atender a otro grupo

Kate was the best! She was so knowledgeable and personable. She’s also a tour guide in Ensenada and has lots of recs there too! There are three rooms to choose from and they bring you chairs wherever you decide to sit. We sat with the sweet cat (se llama Cava). We chose two tastings of 4 wines each to share (the traditional and the naturals) and Kate told us all about each. She was friendly and gave so much information and went looking for answers when we asked things she wasn’t sure of. We had an awesome time.

Looking for unique wines? Don’t miss their mixed tasting ($500 MXN per person) which includes natural wines! The other wines were ok. The place also has a very interesting architecture, using ships upside down as ceilings. Juan took great care of us! Everyone there was amazing!

As we entered the property, we were greeted by one of the property dogs who kindly escorted us to the parking area and walked us to the tasting room. Our wine tasting hostess Gigi, was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable, making us feel welcome and comfortable. The wines we tasted were unique and incomparable to any other we'd had previously, with the natural style of wines being our favorite. Though the roads can be a bit harrowing on rainy days, the overall experience was amazing and we highly recommend Vena Cava Winery to anyone visiting Valle de Guadalupe.

Excelente lugar para una cata de vinos, vinos naturales mexicanos, buen ambiente y confort, buena variedad en vinos

Blended wines only. Not a high quality winery but their organic and natural wines are interesting. The winery is cool and more for younger crowds to hang out.

First and foremost Julio is a shining light on this planet. He was so incredibly welcoming and warm and led a fantastic wine tasting. Vena Cava is one of our absolute favorite wineries in the valle. Their wines are so much fun and the ambience out by the Troika truck is so chill. Amazing food, wine, and service you can’t ask for anything more! A must visit.

Fernanda was such an incredible host, she is not only incredibly knowledgeable but passionate about what she does.
We did the premium natural wine tasting which was great, if you haven’t tasted natural wines before there is a different finish to it, almost sour like kombucha but unique and lovely. We loved learning tons about natural wines and the story of Vena Cava. Will definitely be back at our next trip to the Valle.

Muy lindo sitio. Un poco difícil o mejor dicho inusual el acceso, pero una vez llegas la comida, los vinos y el sitio lo hacen de los mejores planes en el Valle de Guadalupe. Puedes comprar vinos y juntar la docena de los que quieras y te los envían a tu casa

Don’t show up here on the weekend without a reservation. We didn’t even make it up the the winery. The guard politely turned us away.

Una pasada los vinos que hacen, los naturales merece muchísimo la pena probarlos.
