VINA DE FRANNES

Degustamos una excelente botella de tinto 2018 en la viña de Frannes con un ambiente acogedor, familiar y cálido, las instalaciones junto con la decoración te hacen disfrutar del hermoso paisaje del viñedo.

Magníficas vistas, buena comida, buen vino que refleja el terruño. Al final de un camino de tierra como la mayoría de bodegas de la zona.

2023.09.23 regrese y la calidad del restaurant bajo, el menú se redujo así como los platillos, no fue satisfactoria nuestra visita, baje 2 estrellaras

Great place to visit, excellent wine, Cabernet Franc is a special wine of their collection, good restaurant and very nice place, quite and apart from the popular others.

Llegamos a las 4: 40 (cierran a las 6 pm) nos atendieron bien, tomamos degustación para un grupo de 6 personas, el vino estuvo rico y el maridaje también, pero no tienen recorridos y a comparación con otros viñedos fue en el que menos atendidos nos sentimos, cómo que ya se querían ir

Estaban por cerrar asi que llamamos y confirmaron que si nos podian recibir, nos atendio Uriel quien brindo un excelente servicio explicando cada uno de los vinos, la historia de la vinicola y datos sobre la vitivinicultura del lugar, excelente!

Encantadora sala de degustación con vistas durante días. Esta fue nuestra primera cata de vinos adecuada en este viaje y decidimos derrochar en la cata riserva. Cuatro vinos sólidos. Compramos una botella o dos de Chardonnay. (¡Bebedores que no son Chardonnay aquí!)

En general, tiendo a disfrutar de una experiencia más personal cuando degusto vinos, pero en general, fue muy agradable.

Tiene unas vistas de encanto. Muy buena comida, los vinos exquisitos y el personal atento y amable.

Vistas increíbles y muy buen vino. Recomiendo encarecidamente este lugar. Ah, y el aperitivo de carpaccio de atún también fue fantástico.

Pésimo servicio al cliente. Mi familia, sin saberlo, estacionó en el lugar equivocado y el propietario les gritó. Somos de San Diego y fuimos a este restaurante por recomendación. Ni siquiera pusimos un pie en este lugar porque el propietario tenía un servicio al cliente terrible. Condujimos hasta un restaurante diferente que estaba a unos cinco minutos y lo pasamos de maravilla. Nunca volveremos aquí y haremos todo lo posible para alejar a la gente de este lugar. Hágase un favor y lea las malas críticas. ¿Hay alguna coherencia?

El lugar es muy agradable y cuenta con una vista bonita y su vino es muy rico por su procesos de anegamiento, lo recomiendo

Beautiful setting. The restaurant/ wine bar is a beautiful contemporary building overviewing the vineyards. The sauvignon blanc is excellent and we enjoyed the cheese platter. A fantastic place to enjoy drinks and food with friends. The waitress was super friendly and professional. A must if you are in the wine valley.

De los mejores vinos del valle de guadalupe, la cocina tiene una excelente compañia con los vinos y la ambientacion es de lo mejor, sin duda no tiene que faltar una vuelta en su visita a la ruta del vino

Lugar altamente recomendable. El tasting Legat y Pater vale toda la peña. Buenísimos vinos, buena cocina, lugar techado, no pega el sol y ventilado pues corre bien el viento. Fuimos un sábado y tenían música en vivo.
Los niños son bienvenidos
El único detalle es que los tickets los hacen a mano y es muy susceptible cometer errores (como en mi caso) solo revisen la cuenta que este bien y listo

Only issue is that they do hand writing checks which makes it susceptible to get mistakes on tickets, just make sure everything is correct and that’s it

This was my third visit and was chosen for celebrating fathers day dinner with wife and two daugthers. My daugthers were their first visit and for sure their last. Unfortunate it woud be the last visit for me as well. The food is very good and tasty. Their wine is excellent. But the service is the worst I had ever expirience in the last twenty years in the beautiful valle de Guadalupe. I had visited almost all the restaurants, wine tasting, coffee shops in the entire valley. For sure some had small problems here and there. But what viña de frannes customer service showed me the lack of following through customer food orders and delivery. We order two appetizers and four dinner entrees and four drinks.
When they deliverd the two appetizers they also delivered at the same time three dinner entrees and three drinks only. Time passed for approximately 15 minutes. The server person never return with info. Or status on my dinner ordered. I signal another server person and ask to check on my dinner. About half hour later finally a responce came through indicating that is was preparing it, that it will be brought back to me as soon as it is ready. It was 45 minutes later when the family finished their dinner and were ready to leave that i had no choice but to cancel what was supposed to be my fathers day dinner. They brought the check for my to pay but and I noticed an accessed of 400 pesos as tip. Which i refused to give the tip. I pay the bill and said my good byes for ever to viña de frannes.

Durante mucho tiempo los visitamos sin problemas siempre la atención y comida súper bien 10/10 solo hoy al visitar el lugar nos dan la mala noticia que quitaron del menú la riquísima pizza que tenían y las tablas de quesos, realmente las cosas que más disfrutaba del lugar, porfa que vuelvan al menú

Muy bonito viñedo, excelente comida y el servicio muy amable. Vinivola no comercial qué creo es una visita obligada fuera de la grandes casas del valle.

Unfortunately not a good experience. We came because some friends mentioned the food was great but even they said it seemed like they changed management. Very little variety in drinks. Food was decent but nothing extraordinary.ceviche had no flavor. The service was the worst. Waiters were not able to even explain what was in a simple dish. No napkins were offered, plates were not well washed. No way to identify the waiters they were in regular street clothes. Main dish was brought before the appetizers. Food took over an hour to be served. Not coming back.
