Trabajar con el equipo del call center de Voxcentrix Tijuana ha sido una gran experiencia. El equipo desde el piso hasta el nivel ejecutivo ha estado muy atento a mi campaña e invertido en nuestro éxito a largo plazo.

Cuentan con un excelente ambiente de trabajo, los compañeros y supervisores te apoyan en lo que necesites. Un lugar donde puedes crecer.

This has to be one of the most inefficient administrative jobs I’ve ever worked for. As a manager I get both the receiving end of the clients and our employees and I could testify against this company’s financial decisions against its outsourcing clients, the agents barely meet the minimum standards for the campaigns overall one of the worst places to outsource customer services

If you're going to hire someone please don't tell us there will be bonuses coming, if after 14 months you won't deliver, some supervisors are really professional and coworkers on the phone are skilled but for what we' did on the phones was way underpaid, not a competitive call center anymore

A different type of company with great people working at every level. I have part of the Voxcentrix family for almost 2 years and I can tell this is an organization committed with us and what we do. Since the first day I felt welcomed and I still feel very motivated loving what I do. Thank you guys!

There are many in call centers in Tijuana but none like Voxcentrix. There is a very positive vibe and work environment. We work as a team to reach our clients monthly goals and long term objectives. I feel proud to belong to something so special. I love my coworkers and how we interact on a daily basis.

Wasn't impressed with this place. A lower end call center. A place where they hire you on the spot and provide you little training and expect great results just because you speak English, If it was only that easy.

The people that work here are great! The agents and staff are hard working and dedicated people who always get the job done.
