Nice little B&B, quiet, close to the center and friendly hosts.
The place is clean, daily room cleaning, highly recommended

What a horrible experience. I traveled 17+ hours to San Cristobal and it took me half an hour to get to the B&B where I experienced the WORST treatment ever… I had to wait 15 min at the door just to get in. Then I was asked to wait for the owner to charge my card, as I booked the room on their website, where there was NO information that they charge extra for paying with card… I informed the owner that they cannot charge extra as it is nowhere written on the website, or mentioned during booking.
WHICH IS ILLEGAL. IN MEXICO THERE IS A LAW ACCORDING TO THE MEXICAN GOVERNMENT.
CONSUMERS HAVE 7 BASIC RIGHTS IN MEXICO. HOWEVER THE OWNERS DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE MEXICAN LAW, THEY PREFER TO ACT ILLEGALLY. WHEN I TOLD THEM ABOUT THE LAW THE OWNER SAID HE DOES NOT KNOW OR CARE ABOUT THE LAW…
THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE MEXICAN COMPETENT AUTHORITY: PROFECO.
AVOID THIS PLACE. THE RUDEST AND MOST UNFRIENDLY PEOPLE I EVER MET AROUND THE WORLD….
WHAT A SHAME. AS I SEE FROM THE COMMENTS I AM NOT THE FIRST PERSON THEY TREAT SO BADLY.
THE LAW IS FOR EVERYONE TO RESPECT.

The facilities are ok, but the owners attitude is rude and not welcoming. I would not recommend this place for a long stay. We felt like they were rushing us out. The staff is great.

Muy buen precio, incluye modesto desayuno pero funciona con lo básico, atienden dueños, funciona bien el wifi

Es un buen hostal, las personas que atienden son demasiado amables y siempre están pendiente de todo, la cocina/comedor muy limpio y te atendiendem muy bien de igual manera, las habitaciones están limpias y espaciosas por el precio, los baños están limpios y cuentan con agua caliente, el lugar está algo céntrico, muy cerca del centro, plaza y corredores principales, el precio es muy accesible, en verdad se recomienda mucho el hostal, en mi próxima visita a San Cristóbal me volveré a hospedar ahí.

Accueil parfait par Denis, qui parle très bien francais, tout comme sa femme qui vous servira un excellent petit-déjeuner, le confort des chambres n'est pas le meilleur mais, le rapport qualité prix est parfait

Es un lugar muy económico y bonito para la estancia, además que la gente es muh amable y atenta.

Excelente lugar para hospedarte en tus viajes, con un servicio completo e increible, con camas comodas, buen ambiente y desayunos completos. Sin duda buen lugar para hospedaje en San Cristobal.

Lugar económico, agradable y cómodo, los dueños son muy amables, y está bastante cerca de uno de los andadores turísticos. Sin duda volviera a hospedarme.

El servicio brindado por la esposa del dueño fue bastante grosero y prepotente. Tuvimos problemas con el tema del agua. Y la resolución del problema fue corrernos.

Excelente servicio, buen trato, buena ubicación, habitaciones cómodas y básicas, y ricos desayunos.

No tienen televisión y no te cobran como dice la página de Expedia. La verdad no me gustó en mi opinión personal

Lugar limpio, las personas q lo atienden excelentes anfitriones, muy tranquilo, el único detalle q no hay artículos como jabón o shampoo. De ahí en fuera todo muy bien

Precios muy económicos, los desayunos son ricos, pero la atención es deplorable, la dueña parece preferir atender primero a los extranjeros. Mucho malinchismo

Really good place to stay, and the staff is really great! The owner speaks French, English and Spanish so you'll be able to ask what you want even if you do not as much comfortable with one of theses 3 languages! And he's really nice! Thanks again, it was a great stay!

Cumple su cometido: es bueno, limpio y barato. El desayuno está súper bien, los dueños son amables y están siempre preocupados por quienes se hospedan, los precios súper bien tanto de los tours que ellos promocionan como de las habitaciones. No pretenden ser más de lo que son. Sin duda regresaré.
