ミシオン コマンヒージャ / Hotel Mision Comanjilla

En este año 2023 van 3 veces q venimos. Siempre un excelente servicio. Las habitaciones muy comodas los niños siempre se divierten en las albercas limpias y calientitas, el servicio de restaurant muy amable y variedad en los alimentos gracias a josmar y angel q nos atendieron en el restaurant.

El hotel es antiguo evidentemente necesita mantenimiento, específicamente en las habitaciones; ¡Cómo siempre ha sido hermoso el aire libre! Jardines, piscina, paisajes!

Pésimo servicio de recepción; Pedí una habitación en piso bajo y me dijeron que no podían asegurar, porque asignaron la habitación en orden de llegada así que llego temprano y resulta que para asegurar una habitación en piso bajo hay que pagar por una categoría de habitación de lujo… Ofrecí pagarlo pero simplemente no quisieron.

Honestamente, no valen la cantidad que pagaste.

¡El restaurante también es muy bueno!

Huele demasiado a azufre, hasta el agua de la regadera despide ese olor. Habitación normal, estilo viejo.

Excelente para pasar con la familia y amigos, las habitaciones son bastante bonitas, el lugar está hermoso y tranquilo

El hotel es viejo pero dentro de lo q cabe esta en buenas condiciones, tiene algunos detalles donde le falta mantenimiento pero en general bien, comida rica y variada, tiene 2 albercas con temperatura de media a un poco caliente, 2 jacusis y un chapoteadero, hay mucha vegetacion y arboles lo cual hace un amiente relajante a la vista, aunque por las noches ya no encienden las lamparas en los jardines como antes, asi q se ve muy obscuro, sin embargo mi famila y yo nos la pasamos muy bien, si lo recomiendo.

Olvide una mochilita con medicinas a la salida de hotel, nadie más estaba saliendo y nadie del personal entregó las medicinas con tal de robarse la mochilita

Exelente solo que hace falta que incluya mínimo el desayuno. Ooooo y si el hotel mira ésto una buena fumigada abia Juanes

No tan bonito como años anteriores, necesita muchas reparaciones. Hermosos árboles y plantas y piscinas limpias con agua termal.

Excelente atención, me gusta por las albercas pero su ubicación está lejos de todo. Depende totalmente de que el hotel tenga todo

Es lugar bastante bonito y tanquilo, lo único malo por así decirlo es el olor del agua pero fuera de eso todo bien

Nada que ver el hotel con lo que era antes, ahora las tinas se ven sucias, las paredes del baño de la regadera se ve muy sucio da ansias bañarse ahí o intentar meterse en la tina. Pará lo que cobran deberían de tener más cuidado en esas cosas.

Está bien administrado y organizado. Es agradable ver que apoyan a la gente local. Cómo sugerencia solo un poco de mantenimiento pues la admisión puede resultar onerosa para una familia mediana. En general, muy agradable. Para mí gusto, un lugar familiar a un costo medio alto para los features del balneario. Yo

Muy buen servicio, administración y la atención al huésped por parte del personal pero las cosas que no me gustaron son los altísimos precios en el restaurante y una Confucion con la administración pues ya se pago por una suite de Lugo pero se nos dio una suite.jr.

My family of 6 and I came here to enjoy the Agua thermals. Upon booking a reservation we asked for rooms side-by-side so that we could open the lock off. Once we got there we were informed that was not available. Oh well not that big of a deal. <br/>We walk to our room which was literally the furthest room away from the main entrance, nice and secluded. Only to find out that this looks like a version of Motel six. The furniture had huge chunks missing out of it, the decor was completely outdated, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting and needed <br/>a good cleaning. Yes The air conditioning and the room was it barely working even after we gave it a good few hours to cool off the room. <br/>Once we got there we changed and went into the water which was honestly the best part of this entire trip. About an hour into the water the rain came pouring down, and that was really pretty fun. We came to the room took a shower and got changed for dinner. With three young kids they were hungry around 6 o’clock. We went into the main restaurant to eat, since they don’t allow you to bring any of your own food. You’re not allowed to bring an ice chest, or anything. In fact if they find you have outside food that has been put in the trash inside your room you’ll get in a lot of trouble. I never really asked what the trouble was but I was warned ahead of time. <br/>So upon entering the main dining room, which looks like a very sad elderly retirement home. It was almost completely empty. They said they don’t start the dinner buffet until 7 o’clock. So where are we supposed to eat? They offered us to sit in the Run down bar on the other side of the building and they would allow us to order there. I didn’t pay all of this money to sit in a bar run down and broken chairs and eat with my three kids. So after much debate, they allowed us to sit in the main dining area, and be the only patrons and order food. This was the worst dining experience I have had in all of my life. I found fabric on top of my chicken, they were out of chicken nuggets, and my ground beef dish was served me almost completely raw. It was so disgusting the lack of attention to detail, health concerns and carelessness. It was so bad that at the conclusion of our meal my mother-in-law actually threw up all of her food. <br/>After speaking with several different people at the restaurant and hotel they informed us that nobody from management was there and we could wait until tomorrow to speak with someone. <br/>So I’m sure you’re wondering what did we do? We packed up everything and left immediately. I am not going to stay in a place that looks like a Motel 6, that serves me food that is not acceptable and would not pass any health tests, we are we would only be forced to eat out again in the morning. So there you go at 8 o’clock we decided to leave and find someplace else. Please do yourself a favor if you’re coming here for the water buy a day pass enjoy the water go home and never eat here.

Tenía años que no iba, ha crecido en espacio, pero eso mismo a demeritado el servicio. Alberca de olas con agua muy helada y muy sucia

Pésimo servicio, nadie toma la orden en el bar y las mesas se quedan sucias; instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, llaves de lavabo rotas y toallas muy viejas y deshilchadas; faltaban platillos del menú y personal mal capacitado.

La habitación es espaciosa y cuenta con los servicios necesarios, la alberca, al contar con agua termal se convierte en una experiencia relajante

Spa, restaurante, aguas termales, jardines, tranquilo, sin ruido, si quieres estar aún más relajado pide habitación alejada. No puedes perderte el temazcal único por sus aguas termales, altamente recomendable, no hay tiendas pero hay garrafones para rellenar tus botellas, es ecológico. La pasaras muy mal si no llevas repelente de moscos efectivo.

Muy buen lugar para desconectar de la ciudad balneario, spa y hotel.

Por comida recomiendo los puestos afuera del balneario todo muy rico y a precios razonables.

Un lugar muy bonito para ir rn familia. Bastante tranquilo con albercas de agua termal, la comida es buena, aunque le falta variedad en los platillos
