8 Wish I could leave a better review as the service was good and I have respect for anyone who takes a shot at brewing but after reading the reviews about how good the beer was and walking in the heat 20 minutes just to taste some of "the best IPA's in San Miguel" I was incredibly disappointed.
Not only were all 4 of the IPA's I tried barely home brewer level, but I tasted off flavors in one of my beers.
The irony is that besides the tasty Gose and the decent stout this was some of the least appealing beer I've had in any country. Honestly shocked how long these guys have been brewing to produce such lack luster product.
If your a beer lover like me, just enjoy the city for the views and hope you can find some imports somewhere. SM has some ways to go with their offerings.
Excelente cerveza, buena variedad, todas deliciosas. Hay tap room los viernes y sábados, tienen la opción de flight de 5, lo cual permite probar 5 estilos diferentes. Para picar mientras disfrutas las cervezas hay nachos y papas muy ricos.
Interesante propuesta de diferentes estilos de cervezas, para conocedores y neófitos.
Algunas de sus creaciones son ganadoras de premios y reconocimientos.
Francisco, su propietario, es un fantástico anfitrión.
Recomiendo incluirlo en tu plan de visita a San Miguel de Allende.

Some of the best beer made in Mexico and for sure the best in San Miguel. This brewery offers many beers on tap with different styles you choose from. If I lived here I'd never drink another corona again lol
Lugar maravilloso y cerveza excepcional!
Este lugar está muy cerca del Residencial el Milagro así es que si to hospedas en Villa Carlolo algún viernes te recomiendo que vayas a la cata de cerveza de este día (creo que abren de 1-5pm)
El lugar es una bodega cualquiera que se hace mágica con su cerveza triple IPA! Además el servicio es bueno ya que te atiende sus dueños!
No to vayas de SMA sin haber tomado una de estas cervezas!
This is a little out of the way but so worth the effort. If you like craft beer, especially IPAs, you don’t want to miss this. Craft beer this tasty is an oasis among Corona, Victoria, Pacifico, etc. Im an IPA guy and really liked their Imperial IPA and Vesuvius. High IBUs and ABV but so yummy!
