45Buen lugar para esperar tu vuelo, aunque tardan un poco en atenderte, el servicio es bueno y lo que probamos de el menú también ️
Deliciosa comida mexicana, preparada al instante y con la atención del personal muy amable. Prueben el caldito Tlalpeño, a mí me encantó.
Necesitan opciones vegetarianas y veganas para estar al día. El equipo es 5 estrellas pero el menú está muy atrasado.
El sabor de sus platillos es muy bueno, les recomiendo la hamburguesa mexicana y la arrachera.
Pueden comer ahí o para llevar, lo único malo es que tardan mucho en llevar los platillos y aunque no comas ahí te exigen la propina argumentando que es a “fuerza” darla. Los precios son muy elevados, se entiende por qué es el aeropuerto, pero son bastante exagerados para lo que es. Por ejemplo, el guacamole cuesta $184 y es una porción pequeña y ni si quiera está fresco, ya se ve oxidado el aguacate.
Hay mejores opciones en el aeropuerto, definitivamente no vuelvo.

Bad experience in the restaurant. I asked for Mexican hamburger and the presentation and flavor were good. Unfortunately, when I started eating the hamburger I saw that a cockroach was walking on the coffee machine of the bar sadly I was in front of the coffe machine and I could not continue eating the hamburger. I let know the bar waitress that I refused the food for what I had seen and it is obvious that there is a lack of cleaning and attention on this restaurant.
I asked for the bill and they charged me for the whole meal and drinks. I was expencting the hamburguer to be removed from the bill or at least an apology from the supervisor but they ignore the incident as if nothing had happened. I frequently arrive and depart from this airport but I would never eat any food at this restaurant again.

I had the spicy chicken wings as an appetizer which where pretty good. As an entree I had the steak and enchilada de mole. It was filling but the rice tasted a little burnt. The mango habanero sauce was spicy.
The food, a club sandwich and fries took longer than expected. The sandwich had something in it, something that almost chipped my teeth. The fries, I don't know how you mess up fries, but they were cold and I believe cooked in a strange oil. They smelled odd and tasted bad. For 179MXN, I think they must do better.

Pedimos un café y un chocolate calientes y estaban fríos, y un cheesecake que tuvimos que pedir para llevar porque se tardaron en entregarlo, argumentando que se tardan 17 minutos en entregarlo, porque ahí cortan las fresas y le ponen chantilli. Al final el cheesake para llevar quedó como la imagen.
Hay que rogar para que te traigan la bebida, un palillo, etc. Son amables pero de verdad te ignoran un buen rato
Las porciones son muy pequeñas, no corresponden con el costo de los platillos. Si pagas con tarjeta te cargan automáticamente la propina sin avisar.
Quedaron de enviarme mi factura y aún no me la envían, no tienen teléfono para poderme comunicar con ustedes.

Sopa de tortilla y caldo tlalpeño fríos, enchiladas gratinadas con el queso sin derretir. El Yakimeshi con sabor a quemado. No lo recomiendo. Es caro y no vale la pena.
