Un hotel bonito y cómodo, las habitaciones amplias, completas y bien decoradas.y el Restaurante Los Vitrales ofrece platillos interesantes! Probé un corte con salsa de chiles rojos y gusanos de maguey!

Buen servicio.personal atento. Lo único que se superó la capacidad del sanitario. Al final del evento estaba algo sucio.todo muy recomendable.

Nice and clean location. Rooms and equipment all in top notch condition. SPA-area and GYM well equipped and state of the art. Reasonable priced with friendly and motivated staff. Recommended place to stay.

Habitaciones amplias y todo funciona a la perfección, decoración nueva y camas muy ricas. La comida es de buena calidad y sazón por un precio más q justo. Lo recomiendo.

Great hotel. The rooms are very modern and clean. Good location to local industry and to restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Complimentary beer, soda, and water in fridge. Restaurant on site as well as a sports bar. Parking is secure and easy.

I had a very good experience and the staff members are extreamly helpful but have to give a bad review because of a dispute in charges.

Very good service upstairs and a very nice pool downstairs. Rooms are super clean but the cleaners sometimes enter the room when they shouldn't.

Watch your bill. They added extras that I was informed where included. My contract stated that a breakfast buffet was included. I was informed at the end of my stay that I went to the wrong buffet for 2 weeks.

At the end of my stay I asked for the hotel to call me a taxi to take me to the airport. They will try and make you use a limo service that is only available at certian times, it cost twice as much as a taxi and you have to share it with other people.

In the future I would go back and give them a second chance since I liked the atmosphere and service. I just don't like arguing with them about what's included and what's not.

Es un lugar excepcional que cuenta con un personal de primer mundo, atento, amable y cordial, el area de comida muy completo, puedes llevar a tus hijos y con la plena confianza de que estan seguros. El area de piscina muy hermoso, los baños y el ñugar muy limpios, cuenta con estacionamiento.sin palabras, si piensas vacacionar o si quieres ir a desayuna. No encontraras nada mejor. Muy muy recomendable y quedo extasiado de un lugar tan excepcional.

El Buffet no tiene mucha variedad, en cuanto a sabor es bueno. Pero si le falta tener mas platillos, el servicio fue muy bueno

Todo es muy nuevo hasta el día de hoy es el mejor hotel de la ciudad. Aunque les falla un poco la atención en el restaurante.

The executive rooms are so good as well as the 10th. Floor executive lounge will be just fine for an all you can eat dinner and breakfast.
Leon is just developing so fast and concept hotels that deliver high value are here to stay.
If you are in Irapuato is highly recommended.

Hotel overcharged me for an extra night and another charge they do not even know what it is and they refused to refund the money to my corporate credit card. I have spent weeks dealing with this issue without resolution. I travel often and never experienced this before, unacceptable. I went there on business, will never stay there again, nor will recommend the hotel to anyone. Poor location, nothing walking distance and average food, not 5 starts, do not stay there!
