Super recomendable el lugar

La atención de 10, la comida es muy buena, la ambientación y música muy agradable, excelentes recomendaciones de vinos para maridaje de los alimentos por parte de meseros y gerencia.

Es una excelente opción para degustar cortes de carne, toda la comida con muy buena calidad y excelente preparación

Tienen una excelente cava, un lugar altamente recomendable

A pesar de ser un steakhouse, no saben cocinar la carne al término que pide el cliente. Dos personas de nuestro grupo tuvieron que regresar su carne y uno de ellos por segunda vez.
Estuvimos en la cena de fin de año y nos pareció pobre en cuanto a calidad y cantidad y para acabar de rematar, nos exigieron que pagáramos la propina del 15%! Acaso es obligatoria cuando el menú no lo amerita?

Pésimo pésimo servicio. Éramos una mesa de 9, en el restaurante solo había una mesa de 8 (ya con platillos) y otra de 5 en espera. Tardaron 1 hora y media en traer los platillos: los camarones crudos, el salmón insípido, los meseros se la pasaron ofreciendo disculpas, dijeron que traería al capitán y nunca llegó. Es un robo, venden imagen solamente, evitar a toda costa este restaurante.

Great experience, most likely the best steak house in San Miguel, a must if you are visiting from abroad.

Wonderful for special occasions, we go every few months (birthdays, anniversaries, guests from out of town).

A bit on the expensive side for San Miguel de Allende, but worth it. Great steaks, appetizers, desserts, and excellent service. You feel catered to.

DO NOT GO HERE- this restaurant gave my friends and me all food poisoning that lasted for the rest of our trip. We believe it was due to poorly washed salad (that is the only thing we all ate in common). The rest of the food was subpar at best, and expensive. The staff was unfriendly and the vibe was very strange. There are so many better options in SMA. Don’t let this one ruin your experience.

Excelente comida, la atención muy buena y amena, el lugar muy bonito. Lo recomiendo mucho para pasar un rato más que agradable en San Miguel de Allende.

Hoping for a nice relaxing lunch and ended with a fly in my drink.

San Francisco Steake house look so nice and elegant from the outside that last Saturday at lunch my husband and I decided to go and give it a try. To our surprise our meal ended with a terrible experience that we will never forguet. It included a ded fly on my drink! The fly whas completely submerged, that means that it whas there for a while and the only excuse the manager could come up with whas – That looks more like a bee, or – tha bartender is new!
Please be careful and don’t fall for looks, San Francisco is a terrible restaurante, Imagine if they serve flys in your drink, what can yo expect in your food?

Deben tener más cuidado con el personal que contratan, en especial con EDGAR VALENTIN RAMOS ROCHA, ayudante del Chef, quien es un LADRON, pues tomo las pertenencias de otra persona y no se hizo responsable, no se puede confiar en un lugar así.

Magnífica comida y excelente servicio en una atmósfera agradable y elegante.

De ante mano el lugar está muy agusto y nada caluroso, el personal te hace sentir como en tu casa, es una atención muy buena y sobre la comida ni se diga, el corte que me comí yo y la amburguesa de mi mujer estaban de lujo pero lo que más me gustó fue su coctelería, sin pedos vuelvo a ir

I ate there today. The room is grand and beautiful. The tables and chairs are beautiful, black leather armchairs, and spotted-hide covered armless chairs. The table linens are of high quality. The music was loud and thumping. I had to put my fingers in my ears to concentrate on a news story on my smartphone while I waited. I ordered a lemonade and a well-done rib-eye burger. The menu said it came with arugula and tartar sauce, and I asked for them on the side. I asked for a slice of tomato. A waiter came to my table after I ordered to ask again how I wanted the burger. I repeated well done - bien hecho -I wrote it on the pad for him. He said well done translated to tres quatro in Spanish, thanked me, and went to the kitchen. After a long wait (I was the only customer in the restaurant, but that was probably not unusual because it was mid-afternoon), a waiter brought me a medium-rare bacon cheeseburger. I was left alone with it for a while, finally flagged a waiter, who apologized and took it away. After another wait, another waiter brought me a medium bacon cheeseburger. I didn't feel like making another request, so I ate the first bacon cheeseburger of my life - not something I'd ever order. Do they see an American and think we want bacon cheeseburgers? God bless. It was after 4 PM, and I had not eaten all day. It was okay. The lemonade came in a glass with a stem. I've been having lemonades all over San Miguel de Allende, each one more delicious than the last, but this one didn't belong in the same room with the others. They made it with limes (as expected) and dill pickle juice (not expected). A nice curl of sliced dill pickle was in the glass as garnish. It was terrible, but I was thirsty and drank it. It made me thirstier. The burger came with a small serving of matchstick French fries, a side plate with a dollop of ketchup, and a teaspoon. It was all rather sad, and I felt bad about it. The price was $360 in pesos. Trying to make it all better, I tipped generously.

Que puedo decir no me voy de este restaurante me lo llevo en el corazón la comida impecable el servicio muy muy profesional invito a que visiten este lugar el cual se llevarán un buen sabor de boca y un estómago satisfecho

La relación precio porción no es buena, risotto y hongos falto de cocción, no nos pusieron pan y a las demás mesas si, sopa de cebolla "incompleta".
