I absolutely love this Vet clinic! Everyone is extremely friendly, professional and competent. From the time I walk in the door to the time I leave it is always a pleasant experience. They have a solid staff here. My dogs, are getting older (14 and 10) and some health concerns are starting to come up. The Vets always give me their undivided & non-rushed attention, answer all of my questions, explain things thoroughly and always give me several options. I never feel like they are "pushing" treatments, surgeries, meds, etc. I truly feel the Veterinarians at El Chaparral put my dogs' & my best interests first. Thank you to the entire staff at El Chaparral- you guys are great! I would highly recommend them.
No es una buena veterinaria, manejan vacunas de muy mala calidad, mi mascota se murió por no informame del tipo de veterinaria que es.
