Excelente ubicación, la alberca está muy sucia tiene trozos de piel muerta de personas, la recamara y la zona sala cocina están mal ubicadas y el aire acondicionado no es suficiente

Pongo 4 estrellas por qué el baño le falta ventilación, pero todo lo demás muy bien, el servicio es bueno

Personal muy amable, ubicación fabulosa.cómodas habitaciones. Esperamos quedarnos aquí de nuevo.

The place is located in zona romantica everything is from a walking distance. The place is quiet, has a comfortable bed and spacious kitchen and living room with a terrace view.

De los mejores apartamentos, muy céntrico, a 50.mts de la playa, limpieza, atención y seguridad. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, hay que reservar mínimo con 3 meses de anticipación, se ocupan muy rápido. Jessica es una excelente anfitriona!

Beautiful hotel! We had a large, clean one bedroom apartment on the second floor that had a wonderful ocean view from the living room and balcony. Ivan was an excellent host.

Exactly as advertised. Will likely stay there again on our next trip to PV. Probably get a 1 bedroom so there is a couch.

We stay there every time we go to Puerto Vallarta! Great customer service, and right next to the beach so it's a simple nice walk. Amazing rooms, I love how you are still able to get a great view even though it's not right on the beach. My mothers wedding was in October of 2018, they accommodated all of our guests with a great rate and even helped us out as much as they could. We have become great friends with the owners and always return each and every time and still have the amazing experience. Even though it could be considered in a zone with noise, super quiet, and super safe.

I'm hoping to plan my 21st birthday in PV, and will most definitely be giving them a call to set up a reservation. The only thing I will warn travelers about if you do have a hyper sensitive nose, it does sometimes smell of sewage, but it's definitely not something that deters me every single time we visit. You get the waft once you walk into your room once in a while but it's absolutely not terrible:)

Customer service is great, they aren't always downstairs standing around, sometimes they're in their office, and they also provide a phone number when you make a reservation to get in contact with them when you arrive and need to grab your keys or if you have any questions or issues - they're quick with responses as well! Give them a shout and a try!

Estupendo lugar, la verdad mejor estancia no pude haber tenido! Súper cerca de la playa, cerca de todos los restaurantes. El lugar en si está muy padre, las habitaciones muy muy cómodas, de verdad un ambiente muy calido. Quiero regresar!

Three great things - price, location, and staff, we spent 5 nights for about $250 US, a steal! To make it even better, it's located just off the beach, a one minute walk puts you on the beach and a drink in your hand. Finally, the staff was great and helpful. To be fair, you get what you pay for. The room had good amenities, safe, full kitchen, A/C, cable tv, and lots of space, but it was all older and a little worn. It was perfect for us as we don't spend a lot of time in the room and although it was on the street, it was never too loud. I would stay here again for sure and recommend it to others.

Amazing location & super friendly staff that were very accommodating and reached out in advance of our arrival date to ensure we knew how to get there from the airport and would be there at the right time to greet us. We will stay there again!

These apartments are great! Our room came with air conditioning, a table, couch, and full kitchen! The location is convenient. It’s about a hundred feet or so from the beach, and there are so many restaurants to choose from that are walking distance.

La verdad no recuerdo si este fue el hostal donde nos hospedamos. El sitio donde nos quedamos era en el centro en la calle corona un hostal espectacular pequeño pero único en todos los sentidos. Nos recibían dollares o pesos pudimos cocinar las personas del servicio fueron demasiado atentas y la vista de la habitación hacia el mar y la iglesia de Guadalupe son espectaculares. Recomendado una y 1000 veces.

Esta comodo y bien ubicado. El agua de la regadera no sale caliente, la piscina es muy pequeña, parece fuente. El wifi es excelente.

Buena ubicacion, sin ascensor, no te ayudan con las maletas. El wifi solo llega al frente del apartamento

I liked the location and the price and style. You can expect some noise and poor wifi. Still though, I'm glad I stayed in "old town" Oh! So it's also a bit gay around there. Doesn't hurt to know that.

Beautiful clean apartment with kitchen. Close to the beach. You can see the beach from the balcony and rooftop. Very inexpensive and wonderful staff. Would defiantly stay again
