Y qué puedo decir de los artistas. Raf y Flax lo aplastan todo el tiempo. 100/100.

Tuve la mejor experiencia y lo pasé muy bien hablando y conociendo a Raf. Lo hizo muy bien en mi pieza y también en mis dos hermanas. ¡Definitivamente regresaré en el futuro! ¡100% limpio y profesional!

Antes tenían un servicio impecable, ahora el servicio es pésimo, los precios son muy elevados y el servicio deja mucho que desear, no lo recomiendo para nada

Love the first few tats from here. Recommended them online and referred 3 friends. Then I got the worst tat that was sloppy. Fine lines were blobs of fat ink. I left in tears. I was told it would be corrected. So when I had time to go back and have it corrected to the best it could be. Fine lines can't be created out of fat blobs, but it was satisfactorily corrected. I thanked them and as I was leaving I was told I had to pay full price, what I paid for it originally! It's a new policy apparently that the customer must pay for their mistakes. In the end they charged me 1/2 of the original cost, and it confirmed that I will never return again. And I am NEVER recommending them again. I hope what I paid today was worth the loss of a customer who had got 4 tats from you in the last 9 months. It cost more to get a new customer than to keep a current customer. Anyone good at sales knows this. Clearly, this place doesn't. Bubye!

Me encantan los primeros tatuajes de aquí. Los recomendé en línea y recomendé a 3 amigos. Luego me hice el peor tatuaje que fue descuidado. Las líneas finas eran manchas de tinta gruesa. Me fui llorando. Me dijeron que lo corregirían. Así que cuando tuve tiempo de regresar y corregirlo lo mejor posible. No se pueden crear líneas finas a partir de manchas de grasa, pero se corrigió satisfactoriamente. Les di las gracias y cuando me iba me dijeron que tenía que pagar el precio completo, ¡lo que pagué originalmente! Al parecer, es una nueva política que el cliente debe pagar por sus errores. Al final me cobraron la mitad del coste original y me confirmaron que no volveré nunca más. Y NUNCA los volveré a recomendar. Espero que lo que pagué hoy valga la pérdida de un cliente que se hizo 4 tatuajes suyos en los últimos 9 meses. Cuesta más conseguir un nuevo cliente que mantener un cliente actual. Cualquiera que sea bueno en ventas lo sabe. Claramente, este lugar no. ¡Bubye!

Just received an absolutely amazing piece of artwork on my arm by Humberto. So sad that I wasn't able to spend some time with the wonderful Canadian owner as that she wasn't at the shop at the time of my visit. She is such a delight!

I've travelled to PV twice and both times I got a tattoo done here. The service and quality is exceptional.

Wonderful piercers with great knowledge, good prices, and also great English for those like me with awful spanish. I got a helix piercing and two additional lobes. 1,200 for the helix with surgical steel and 350 per ear. Wonderful experience, thank you!

Shaila is a gem Ive been following her wherever she goes on her journey for tattooing. Amazing soul and artist.

Been to this place many times just recently got another one absolutely fabulous place to go 100% safe clean the artists are absolutely amazing the shop itself everybody that works there you can't go wrong 100% highly recommended if you like ink go here it is a place to go photos to come

Umberto and Raphael did an amazing job online and my wife's tattoos. Staff were super friendly and they have a air conditioner parlor. Will go back again for sure.

Very very friendly people. The shop is clean and tools sterile. The prices were fair and work exceptional.

Rafael did a great job on my starwars tattoo. Everyone was nice and I was even offered water and tequila during the whole session.

I highly recommend this place and Rafael. Clean place, nice people but most of all, a totally great artist.

Awesome place with great artists do get tattoo work and piercings. The canvas art there is amazing as well. Flax is the man!

I reached out to the owner after this happened, because it looks pathetic…. And all he said was « I told you it was going to need a touch up ». Which…. After 10 days… I shouldn’t be needing a tocuh up. I should need one after a year, or two.: but after ten days… doesn’t make sense. It looks like it was done by a child, and the owner did nothing to fix the problem, such as a refund.now I have to go pay to get this fixed.
I was also quoted 65$ for this tattoo, and then when I went to pay I was charged 115$….
