Higher prices than expected. Staff acted like we were in invisible. No greeting, no offer to help, barely even looked at us when we walked in the door.
Nefasta la actitud del personal, cero atención y servicio al cliente.
Pides información de productos y te contestan con caras; fuimos por un producto y no estábamos convencidos entre dos modelos y pedimos referencias y su respuesta fue “Depende el modelo”. Cero labor de venta.
Solo por conocer la marca se compro, pero si es posible no volvemos.
Really Great Exceptional Customer Service! Alonzo helped me tremendously. I had a pair of sandals where the buckle was pulling away from the leather strap after a few months of use. Alonzo submitted a warranty claim with Birkenstock to swap/replace the sandals. A week later I picked up my new sandals. I would highly recommend buying a pair of sandals from this location!

Great customer service when making a purchase, however I went in to ask where I can get my Birkenstock Sandals resoled.
The response was not welcoming or warm.
Wow just amazing. It was a store filled with exclusively BIRKENSTOCKS! Wow just wow. Really impressed. Highly recommend 10/10 cause technically these five stars represent 10 points. Cause you can do half stars each star represents two points. So it's 10 out of 10 points or 5 full stars. I'm done.:)
