Hace unas semanas rentamos ahí en nuestro viaje a Vallarta y la señorita Ylenia atendió súper bien a mi mamá le dio la información necesaria y nos explicó muy bien todo sobre lo que incluía nuestra reservación, recomiendo ampliamente la agencia y sobre todo a la persona que nos atendió 10/10

FRAUDE TOTAL, SE DEDICAN A ESTAFAR GENTE Y SALEN CON COSTOS EXTRA DESPUÉS DE HABER ENTREGADO EL AUTO EN ÓPTIMAS CONDICIONES Y CUMPLIENDO CON TODO LO ESTABLECIDO Y SALEN QUE EL AGENTE QUE TE ATENDIO YA NO LABORA CON ELLOS DE UN DIA PARA OTRO PARA COBRAR MAS, USAN TU TARJETA SIN QUE EL CLIENTE LO AUTORIZE. PESIMO Y NO SE RECOMIENDA PARA NADA.

No alquiles un auto en este lugar, la peor experiencia que he tenido al alquilar un auto en México sin lugar a dudas. El auto se averió y les dijeron que aparecerían en 30 minutos, lo que tomó 3 horas y 5 llamadas telefónicas más tarde para conseguir otro auto. Todavía querían que pagara por la falta de gasolina en el auto que se averió y el 1 no me dieron ninguna consideración. Hágase un favor y alquile en otro lugar.

Empleados groseros y sin capacitación que solo están ahí para estafarlo. Evitar a toda costa.

Hice una reserva en alquiler de autos Budget en Puerto Vallarta en México. A mi llegada, cuando recogí el coche, el representante no me permitió llevarlo sin comprar un seguro por separado que equivalía al doble de la cotización inicial. Su excusa fue que se trataba de un seguro obligatorio requerido por el estado/país. Llamé a Budget en los Estados Unidos y me dijeron que nunca habían oído hablar de algo así, pero tampoco estaban seguros de lo que estaba pasando y no podían ayudarme. Todo lo relacionado con Budget fue muy poco profesional y se sintió mal. Cuando llegamos había una pareja que estaba muy molesta porque no recibían ayuda de los representantes que trabajaban allí. Algo en la facturación estaba molestando mucho a la pareja. Después de bastante tiempo sin llegar a nada con los representantes, se marcharon muy descontentos y dijeron que iban a disputar lo que fuera que les acababa de pasar.
Tuve que cancelar la reserva inmediatamente y en su lugar alquilé un auto calle abajo en Enterprise. No hubo problemas ni negocios divertidos en la empresa. Nunca volveré a pensar en usar Budget; en lugar de eso, siempre iré directamente a Enterprise para cualquier necesidad de alquiler de autos.

Muy mal servicio no te solucionan por problemas de mala señal nos dijeron que nos fuéramos y que pues a ver qué hacíamos cero recomendable

Si tienen la oportunidad de rentar un auto con esta empresa, DESAPROVECHENLA super groseros los del personal, es fraude, piden una garantía altísima en lo personal no se hicieron responsables y tampoco nos reembolsaron el dinero.

Ponen mil pretextos después de cobrar el anticipo para no entregar los carros inclusive dijeron que el pasaporte era falso y no regresan el dinero

Manténgase alejado de este presupuesto de alquiler. No se avergüenzan de cómo manipulan los números para cobrarle más que la cotización real. Mi contrato reflejaba una tasa de conversión exagerada que agregaba $50 al precio del alquiler. Ningún otro lugar hace eso. Revisa tu contrato y todos los documentos que te hacen firmar. Por cierto, el coche se sobrecalentó y la luz de presión de los neumáticos estuvo encendida durante 7 días. Este lugar y sus autos son chatarra.

Te darán el peor auto que tienen, no están reparados ni mantenidos. Los neumáticos de nuestro coche no estaban equilibrados y desgastados. Les dijimos que íbamos a conducir a GDL. Nuestro neumático se reventó después de tres horas de conducción.afortunadamente después de las montañas y los caminos desiertos o habríamos estado tan jodidos y tal vez no Vivos. No valoran tu seguridad y el precio no es el que te coticó Expedia.

Esta agencia de alquiler está realizando una estafa cuando se trata de seguros y daños a vehículos. Asegúrese de inspeccionar el vehículo por completo y observe cualquier astillado de roca en el parabrisas. De hecho, solo evita a estos estafadores.

SCAM artists- Do not rent from this place! They charged me double that what I booked for. Made me pay for insurance or $170 on my base car rental price of $233 then said it was $409 total but they calculated that with completely unrealistic exchange rate so we got charge $453 on our credit card. Unbelievable.

This is a two part review.
First on the car (1 star) Second on the service (4 star).
The car many dents and scratches and was fairly worn out in genral with 68,000 miles on it. Cigarette hole in pasager seat.
All 4 tires very low on air when I picked and only small amount of gas in the tank. Windshield wipers worn out and useless.
The car was a piece of junk with front end wobble above 40K/HR.
As seems to be the custom I was charged almost more for "mandatory insurance" than the car rental itself.
What initially was supposed to be a $30 a day car was actually $80. Unfortunately this is common practice and car rental places near the airport.
Service: I had parked in a no parking area and the car was towed.
The good news is Budget office called me to see if things were ok and let me know it had been towed. After some prompting on my part they did all the work to pick - up car from tow yard and return my belongings to me.

To give this place one star is being generous. Total tourist scam establishment. Air conditioning was non existent. Hole in windshield washer fluid container that made driving dangerous. Called in to get a replacement vehicle numerous times and they never had another car to replace it.
Used our water bottle and numerous gas stations along the way to keep the windshield clean.
Obviously this company doesn’t inspect their own vehicles before putting them on the road.
Tried the dance around the initial car inspection trick upon arrival.
Tried the extra damage trick as well upon return.
Mysterious chip occurred on windshield that needed a magnifying glass to view upon return.
Will never rent from ANY Budget Rental again.
When in Puerto Vallarta DO NOT use this Budget Rental facility.
Buyer Beware!

Do not waste your time with this place. Trust the reviews! I ordered a rental thru Experian with their supplemental insurance. We arrived at this location to learn it was useless and wanted to sell us another insurance more than twice the original rental estimate.

These people will rip you off without thinking twice. A friend stated this rental company wants you to return the rental for a second contract if you book between the end of a fiscal month!

The scams are endless, glad we cancelled thru Experian and got our money back.

Taxi service can be expensive, but no where near what these guys charge. Traffic throughout the PV area is horrible during the busy season anyway. Taxi service and water taxi was safe the entire week we were there.

Buyers be ware, read the clause about the "Asset Monitoring Activation Surcharge, AMAS".

I was considering renting a car with Budget, but after reviewing the "Terms and conditions". No way I am renting here. In short they intend to force you to get the CDW through Budget Car Rental.

The "Terms and conditions" state that the customer can decline the offered CDW, then later on AMAS it states that if the CDW is decline by the customer, then the customer is required to pay for AMAS, which is about the same price as the CDW.

So if you decline the CDW with Budget, then you have CDW with you credit card, but you have have to pay them to tract your vehicle, with the AMAS.

The "Terms and conditions" are a rip off. By the way I was only able to find them in spanish.

This Budget at Airport in PV will rip you off. They charged me a significant amount for liability insurance (not optional to decline) despite me showing that I had coverage from my personal car insurance. They also tried to charge me for damage I did not do and shown on report. Do No Use! Bad experience!

Hice una reservación hace un mes para un auto económico, y cuando llegamos a la oficina de Budget (que por cierto, tardaron más de una hora en recogernos en el aeropuerto), nos dijeron que no tenían el coche que habíamos reservado y solo había disponibles los de una categoría superior, y que debíamos pagar $900 pesos por día extras para tener ese coche.
Todo el punto de hacer una RESERVACIÓN es que RESERVAN el coche que se aparta. Si no, para qué se hace.
Desde mi punto de vista, esto es un fraude. Nos quedamos sin coche, tirados en medio de la carretera y tengo un bebé de un año. Terrible experiencia.

NO ALQUILEN AQUI! Estafa a todos los niveles, pesima atencion al cliente, te intentan cobrar mas y los coches estan en pesimo estado. Tendrian que cerrarles el negocio por daños y perjuicios

Pésimo, primero me cobraron, luego no me aceptaron mi licencia de conducir digital siendo que es un documento oficial. Ahora tengo que esperar 7 días a que reembolsen mi dinero. El gerente es una persona cerrada y sin educación que no debería tener ese puesto.
