Club Regina Puerto Vallarta

Ubicación excelente 8 min del aeropuerto internacional, 3 minutos de la Marina en automóvil, la suite amplia, con jacuzzi en la terraza, buen servicio en restaurantes, alberca. La playa con oleaje suave, me gusta mucho este Club. Los empleados muy atentos. Es un lugar al que siempre regreso.

Personal extremadamente antipático y ofensivo. Habría esperado más de un lugar así. Las únicas personas agradables eran los camareros y los limpiadores.

Spectacular location with excellent food, excellent service, and excellent attention to detail.

My wife and I got married here and with the help of Julia, our club regina wedding coordinator; we had an absolutely spectacular wedding.

Every detail was taken care of, and the attention that my family received at our even was incredible. Having our wedding at club regina was the best decision that we could have made.

The room was also absolutely beautiful, spotless clean, and every attention was taken to make our honeymoon experience amazing.

I hope to return every year to this beautiful place, and hopefully get to see the wonderfully friendly staff that we befriended there.

1000% recommend this place for any vacation, event, or business trip.

Es un gran hotel en Puerto Vallarta, Cancún y Los Cabos.
Todos estos desarrollos son fantásticos.
La arquitectura es clásica y muy impresionante, especialmente Vallarta y Los Cabos.
Al tener el concepto de club vacacional, cuenta con suites equipadas con cocineta, una pequeña estancia y un desayunador. Jacuzzi en la terraza.
También hay cuartos más sencillos, pero muy cómodos y muy bien equipados.

La foto describe muy bien el buen gusto de diseño de este destino vacacional. Las albercas estån muy bien atendidas y limpias, la playa muy bien cuidada y excelente atención de todo el personal, además de amenidades de convivencia.

Wonderful place close to the marina. Everyone was friendly. They made sure that you stay was great and willing to help out if needed. Cant wait to go back.

It's a dated hotel that's based on pulling in sockets as a mafia like or type run Timeshare organization. The INSTANT you ck in at desk or counter, you turn around & are confronted by High pressure timeshare rep to keep the scam rolling, filling every slot to get you the sign up for contrived lifetime financial debt. STAY AWAY From CLUB REGINA P. Vallarta. Sad, because otherwise PV Very lovely. If coming to PV, just get decent hotels. Far too many to count. Avoid timeshare scams. By design, that's what they are.

Carolina in Reception is the worst, bad attitude and definitely no costumer service skills. The rest of the staff at the hotel were great. But don't expect a smooth check in.

How this place is still in business is an unexplainable mystery. The hotel is clearly and overwhelmingly understaffed, the few people that work there are, understandably, permanently annoyed and in a rush, eliminating any possibility of anything that could resemble decent customer service. All furnishing and equipment has not been renewed since before the internet was invented (our sheets had holes). The food, however, is what you'd expect.if you were in prision (do expect top tier prices for the terrible food though).

Nos trataron muy mal en este lugar, no volveríamos y no lo recomendamos a nadie. Fue una parada de 2 días en nuestra luna de miel y fue terrible. Una amiga nos mandó una carta y una sorpresa romántica y NUNCA nos la dieron. Las almohadas horribles, la cama, las sábanas con agujeros, el servicio de desayuno malo, en la noche si querías agua no habia y te decían que fueras al oxxo! Nos quejamos y les valió. Muy mala actitud y Pésima experiencia!

Excelente hotel (tipo tiempo vacacional) ; con habitaciones con todas las comodidades. Tiene playa propia, varias alberca, spa y gym. Situado en la Marina de Vallarta, a unos minutos en auto de buenos restaurantes, bares y plazas comerciales. Esta a 10 minutos del aeropuerto, 25 de la zona centro y a 20 de Nuevo Vallarta.

Stayed for birthday and let me tell you this place is very very nice also they have all inclusive that you can purchase separately or you can pay as you go staff was very welcoming check in was fast and ez room was decorated for me when I arrived with birthday balloons that was so awesome and I really appreciate it the view from the room was the best watching the sunset while drinking wine was the best the property in itself is huge with plenty of activities staff is very helpful making sure that you don’t get scammed they make sure your safe place was cleaned very safe and clean I cant wait to come back

Los desayunos muy ricos. Las habitaciones muy amplias, limpias y bonitas. Solo el cobro x uso de los camastros frente a la playa nos pareció q no deberían cobrarse adicional a la tarifa de hotel.

La camarera qué nos tocó en el servicio.nos dejaba figuras con las servilletas de tela y en la cama también desempeño dotes de diseños.felicidades.gran espacio de Hotel.

Good resort, beautiful grounds, the location is ok, it's a little far from downtown Vallarta. The room we were in had an excellent view, and a great layout. I thought the room could use some repair, a light switch did not work and some water damage in the bathroom, nothing that would cause me any concern. The staff was very good, attentive and quick to respond to issues. Overall a great stay

El hotel está grande y bonito. No es tan nuevo pero lo mantienen bien. Las albercas están padres. La comida estaba rica en años anteriores pero este año que vine, no me pareció tan buena.

Not a bad place just a little dated and more suited for an older crowd. Nice view from our beachside room and lots of swimming pools. Room service was delicious and not to expensive. I just like a little younger crowd. It was my mom's time share.

Personal pésimo, habitación súper viejas, la comida pésima, antes estaba mejor, lastima que los jardines son muy bonitos y las albercas, por culpa del personal, que tienen, pésimo deben de agradecer que consumimos, y no de hablar mal a la gente!
