Emperador Vallarta Beachfront Hotel & Suites

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero no tiene alberca ni su propio club de playa sino que te permiten utilizar el club de playa del restaurante Sí señor sin costo.
El restaurante Sí señor es caro y la comida es aceptable "saca la chamba" pero el servicio en el restaurante no es bueno, es lento y no están al pendiente para nada. Lo comento porque gran parte del día la pasarás en el club de playa y por lo tanto en el restaurante.
En cuanto al servicio del hotel la gente es muy amable. Las habitaciones están prolijas y limpias pero nada lujoso.
No hay secadora de cabello en la habitación así que lleva la tuya, sí hay caja fuerte y también utensilios de cocina y una estufa por si quieres preparar comida. Tampoco hay microondas pero hay un pequeño refrigerador y puedes tener tus bebidas ahí.
Creo que en general la relación calidad precio es buena pero puedes encontrar mejores opciones, no obstante si decides hospedarte ahí en general tu experiencia será buena especialmente debido a la ubicación

Este hotel no es muy elegante, pero el servicio de recepción y del resto del personal es fantástico. Además, las habitaciones con vista al mar son inmejorables.

Un buen lugar para hospedaje, agradable ambiente, el personal muy atento, salida a la playa por el restaurante que tienen abajo, lo único que faltaría es la alberca qué no la hay. Pero de ahí en fuera todo bien.

Nadie me podía explicar por qué a nuestra habitación no entregaban botella agua. En recepción negaron tener ese servicio cuando personalmente vi que dejaban botella de agua en otra habitación. La habitación muy pequeña, sin vista al mar e insegura, no se podían abrir la ventana. No entendí porque el trato en esta ocasión fue tan diferente deboras ocasiones en las que me había hospedado ahí. Sencillamente no vuelvo a este hotel.

Great location, walking distance to fantastic restaurants and shopping in the Romantic Zone. Lovely beach views and the restaurant on the beach level is good. One drawback, there is no swimming pool. But it's a very affordable hotel right in the heart of it all!

La habitación está bien ofrece lo básico para descansar. La ubicación es buena ya que está frente a la playa.

Las camaristas abrieron las maletas y nos robaron dinero (dólares) que traíamos, de igual manera ropa que traía guardada la sacaron y se notaba que se la midieron. Pésimo servicio, esto quita toda seguridad y tranquilidad.

Hotel sucio con muchos bichos. Lo único positivo es que está frente al mar. Nos quedamos 2 días solo porque todo lo demás estaba agotado

The location was great, right in the heart of the romantic zone. The rooms were really out dated, but for the price point, there are no complaints. The pillows were really nice!

If I could give it 0 stars I would. It's outdated and smells bad. The front looks nice and well kept but the room we were placed it was atrocious. It was so small and to make things worse, the bathroom wasn't cleaned right. We rented the first hotel that was available because not many were available on the day we landed. The price was reasonable but NOT worth it. We paid 1,300 pesos. As I was taking a shower, I NOTICED THIS HOLE. You can CLEARLY SEE INSIDE. I felt so UNCOMFORTABLE but I knew they wouldn't do anything since I was told there was no more rooms available. Stay away from this old hotel.

Still my favorite hotel on the beach, for the price. Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and in working order and beds are comfortable. Balconies facing the ocean have a great view but the pigeons will make a mess in a few hours. Note that the restaurant on the beach-Si Senors, is not part of the hotel. It is overpriced and I don't recommend it. There are plenty of better choices.

Great simple and quaint, the best location for our vacation since the beach, food, and all the fun of Puerto Vallarta are all within walking distance. I absolutely love this hotel and would stay again in a heartbeat ️

Very nice room even if it wasn't with an ocean view. Front desk and bell staff were friendly and helpful.

Por el precio esta bien, es una propiedad muy antigua, le hace falta bastante mantenimiento en muchas de las áreas. Dicen tener alberca pero nunca la encontré, el único jacuzzi que había no tenia agua.
Además pague por la noche 830 y me cobraron 1000 pesos más por entrar antes de la hora marcada, se me hizo un abuso, pero como estábamos cansados por el viaje lo pagamos.
Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación con acceso directo al Malecón y las increíbles vistas al muelle y al atardecer.
Si solo deseas la habitación para dormir esta bien.
Puede mejorar mucho

Have had the pleasure of staying at the Emperador for a number of visits. Clean and comfortable. Helpful and courteous staff. Reasonable and affordable rates.

Muy buena experiencia, el personal muy atento y amable.lo único malo de la zona es que no hay mucho lugar para estacionarse.

Habitaciones limpias, algunos empleados muy atentos, y otros no tanto (turno de noche) renegó cuando entregamos toallas de playa con algo de arena. Favor de eliminar foto de alberca, no habría reservado por este motivo. No volveré. Gracias

El personal es súper amable, esta a pie de playa, tiene el restaurante Si señor para que te sientes sin necesidad de consumir… Lo malo, es muy antiguo, pagamos una habitación por 80 dólares vieja, olía a drenaje, el cuarto muy deteriorado por la humedad, la terraza no podías usarla porque toda el agua de lluvia de otras habitaciones caía ahí.

No tiene restaurant, ni estacionamiento, eso si, a la orilla del mar, el servicio de habitaciones si está bien

Great location. The hotel is good but not great. No real amenities, bathroom is very small. Our king size bed was very comfortable.

Nice hotel right on the beach with a fabulous view of the Pier. Rooms were comfortable and the staff is very friendly and efficient. Fixtures are a bit dated, the pipes rattle sometimes and there were no glasses or cups in the room. It is a great place for the money.
