DON'T HAVE YOUR WEDDING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT THE BASIC COOKIE CUTTER WEDDING. We had our wedding here on February 2020. We wanted an upscale formal wedding for 80 guests (which was too many guests for them to handle) even an employee told us that the coordinator was having a hard time with our "custom" wedding and were running around like crazy people! They sold us with "We can give you anything you want as long as you are willing to pay for it" Well we definitely payed for extras but they did not give us what we asked/payed for. They ruined the ceremony and dinner table seating arrangement, important immediate family were sitting in back rows for the ceremony, for reception they flipped the seating and parents were far away from us with the worst view, they ruined most of our flower decor that we payed top dollar and extra for. The ceremony arch flowers were falling off leaving the pole bare for everyone to see, we ordered and payed for **BIG 16** custom flower balls to hang over the guests and the day of the wedding the coordinator decided to change it/scammed us and only hung **10 SMALL** flower balls without our approval, they include a flower arrangement for the ceremony table which we requested "no table" and move the arrangement to the "welcome table" well they decided to not give us the flower arrangement and the welcome table was bare because of it, I had a specific list for music sent ahead of time for the DJ and he ended up playing whatever he wanted, the cake arrived super late that we only got 3 rushed pictures with our cake because it was getting close into the transition time to the first dance, they ruined my bouquet, they gave me wrong lounge couches, horrible staff service! We had to chase them for drinks when we clearly requested for the waiters to be around the dance floor ready to take drink orders and they gave my mother a lot of attitude. In the end A LOT WENT WRONG. We decided to put in a complaint which was another horrific experience trying to find someone to help us but we finally spoke with Gareth Price. We discussed about getting some money returned within reason. Told us to send him a proposal, we sent it over and NEVER heard from him again. I have emailed and called. NO response. If anyone from Caletas see this I would appreciate a response from you.

Es la segunda vez que vivo está experiencia de la empresa Vallarta Adventures y la recomiendo ampliamente! Un espectáculo de la más alta calidad, un servicio espectacular y una comida deliciosa. Ritmos de la noches es, definitivamente, una parada obligada cuando vallas a Vallarta. El recorrido en catamarán, la isla de las caletas, el show. Todo es una experiencia única. 100% recomendable y para toda la familia aunque regresas muy tarde el puede ser pesado para niños muy pequeños.

Absolutely one of the most beautiful and memorable stops in your life, whether seeing Rhythm of the Night show by candle light or taking in the multiple beaches during the day.

Went for the show and dinner and had almost such fun on the boat ride there and back. The boat staff was incredible. Almost as entertaining as the show but more up close and personal. The meal after was fantastic, the scenery breathtaking and the performance was so amazing. If I ever get the chance to return I'm doing any tour that involves this part of land.

Es una experiencia muy padre con esta isla temática donde hacen un show diferente, los bailarines son profesionales, además que la comida está deliciosa y las velas que tiene el lugar le dan otro toque diferente al lugar.

Una magnifica experiencia, tienes que hacerlo y conocerlo,

Sin duda un excelente espectáculo, así como la cena, una delicia. Totalmente recomendado como el tour número uno en Vallarta.

Amazing it was a hidden island to relax and enjoy ourselves. Amazing I can not wait to go back.

This place a very cool. I recommend this place. We got free tickets from listening to a painful time share sales pitch so I don't know how much it costs. The boat ride over had an open bar and a great view of the sunset then by the time you reach the island all you see is candles and torches. It looked amazing. The food was good and you get to sit right next to the ocean. I don't know if I would go back but I would recommend this place.

So romantic and beautiful. When in Puerta Vallarta, Mexico you have to go on the Rhythm of the night. It takes you Las Caletes

On my last trip to PV, I had the opportunity and pleasure to visit this magic place, totally recommend, such a great service in general, and the dinner was AMAZING!

Rythms of the Night was a wonderful dance and acrobatics presentation in the theme of the Mexican celebration of the day of the dead (Dias de Muertos). Las Caletas was appropriately decorated and staffed in costumed cast members representing the dead. Great celebration.

Awesome place to visit, went to the Rhythm of the nights and seen a great show. Would love to go back and see it during the day!

Show and boat trip were great. Food was just so/so. Not a big variety and quality was mediocre at best

Paradise truly if you are adults make sure you keep walking to the adults only section it's so nice!
