New server needs to go back into training the experience was ruined simply by lack of training. Rest could have been better. Steak was awesome, oysters supposedly grilled still raw sent em back. My blackened salmon was perfect but veggies too greasy. Needed a few raw to balance plate. A bread stick would have been nice gesture. Masks from outdoor to table ridiculous. Great wines and water choices up to standard. Something off.loads area available but crowded people together. Awesome view location best in world and reception. Decor is so beautiful. Candles in ladies room and throughout so inviting. A short 10 min drive outside Mismaloya. Thankyou for a pleasant evening. Well trained UNMASKED staff always is the secret sauce.

Es un restaurante en el cual tenía las expectativas muy altas y no las superó. El servicio en general es bueno, había un mesero sumamente amable y platicador pero otro demasiado seco.
La mesa nos toco en el rincón, literal atrás de los meseros.
La comida es Rica, desde la entrada que pedimos tapas; plato fuerte uno era res que estába muy rico y el otro atún, el cual también estaba muy rico PERO la presentación era muy fea, (anexo foto) como de un restaurante equis. El postre, volcán de chocolate está rico pero he probado muchos mejores, acompañsdo de nieve como de mole y no me gustó, no lo volvería a pedir. La bebidas, pedí Martini expreso y estaba DEMASIADO dulce, y otro Martini de Granada también muy dulce y ácido.
En fin, no superó mis expectativas, no regresaría
Avisamos que era aniversario y todo fue muy equis.
Respecto a precios, se que más que nada pagas por el lugar sin embargo para estar en la mesa del rincón no lo.vale.

We stumbled across Le Kliff while touring Puerto Vallarta.

We had previously admired it online and by chance ended up driving by. We went in for a drink and enjoyed the breathtaking views, the charming staff and we decided to return the next day for dinner.

Jorge booked us a reservation and we returned for a sunset dinner. I was unaware that my boyfriend was going to surprise me with a marriage proposal at this amazing piece of paradise.

Jorge was part of the surprise. I could not have dreamed of a more magical evening, my best friend asked me to marry him at Le Kliff, which can only be described as paradise. It was the perfect evening, from the hospitality, the food, the service to the breath taking view and beautiful landscaping. We are so thankful to Jorge who video taped this special moment for us and made sure it went perfectly.

We will definitely return. Thank you Le Kliff.

My Entire family was puking within an hour of leaving Le Kliff. We don’t know what exact dish caused the violent food poisoning but because it was the only restaurant at which we all ate from the past two days, it was undeniably from there.

Food was very unimpressive, of a similar quality to an Outback Steakhouse but nicer presentation. Any reviews claiming the food is good are either faked or from customers with no palate. Extremely expensive by Puerto Vallarta standards, upwards of $40 a plate. Eat ANYWHERE else.

Although the menu has changed somewhat, the food and service were impeccable. 3 waiters for our table! Great sense of humor, which makes the evening.

La vista hermosa, el baño sucio y la comida deliciosa, las porciones diminutas con el pretexto de es gourmet. He comido en otros lugares donde cobran muy bien pero sirven muy bien.

Fantastic restaurant located on a cliff just outside Puerto Vallarta. Views were amazing, food was well presented and very tasty. The staff was very friendly and service was great. A must see if you are in this area.

One of the most romantic dining experiences I have had to date. It is magical looking over the ocean during dinner. Reserve closest to Valentine's Day.

The location is stunning, great wine selection and the desert I ate was tasty. The biggest let down was the lack of vegetarian options. I booked Le Kliff for a special birthday treat for my partner, he eats fish. I called ahead to confirm our booking and to advise that one of us, me, is vegetarian. I was given assurances that options are available. What I was offered was basic, small and overpriced. The waiter looked like a dear in the headlights when I mentioned I was vegetarian.that said, the ambience is nice and the restaurant is located in a beautiful spot. Perhaps avoid it if you're vegetarian.

A group of 8 of us went to Le Kliff for our last night in Puerto Vallarta. My husband
and I have been to Le Kliff three times prior. It has always has been a great experiance in the past and wanted to share it with our friends and family.

Tonight has ruined our thoughts on what was Le Kliff. Our waiter was in training and was assisted by the manager. The service wasn't good from ither one of them. The restaurant wasn't busy at all.

They praised the main course (lobster) and said it was on special. Two people at our table ordered the lobster. They said it was so tough and tasteless. They were extremely disappointed. We were charged the full amount of 718 pesos per dish. Even tho they said it was on special that evening.

We have no problem paying for great service, good food. But this was the most over priced meal and the slowest service we have ever encountered our whole stay here in Puerto Vallarta. While paying for our bill we asked of they could divide the meals per couple the waiter said absolutely not. So went to pay for the bill I gave him what I thought was a fair tip for the poor service (10%). The waiter pulled me aside and said it wasn't good enough. I asked him how much was he expecting. He pulled out a calculator and demanded 15% and he wasn't taking no for an answer. I looked for the manager and he was long gone.

Very beautifull location and a great food.
The restaurant is located 45 minutes from the hotel I was registered (Westin).
It is located in a very beautifull cliff and has a cool decoration.
They ask the people to wear casual cloth, so they may not accept people dressed with swim suit.
The food and the drinks are great. I ordered tiraditos de atun and lobster. Both were good, but the tiraditos was great.
The drinks are also good and they have a variety of it.
It is not a cheap place. I spent 85 dolares for the two dishes and two drinks, without wine.

Absolutely perfect restaurant to enjoy perfect scenery, enjoyable and high class food, supernice and professional service. Try the mexican malbeck, one of the jewels in the wine list. Tuna perfect, mussels perfect, beef perfect. The way they make Martinis is something beyond imagination. Basil and chili Martinis are worth trying. Table reservation is must, dress code casual. Respect the restaurant and do not Use shorts. Highly recommended.

The location and view here is amazing and the staff are some of the best in the Bay. Cocktails are quite good as is the selection of wines by the glass. The food ranges from good to excellent. Try the cream of crab soup, it is superb. Prices are some of the highest in the area.

My boyfriend and I had a reservation for my birthday while visiting Puerto Vallarta. This was the most horrible costumer service! They know nothing about how to treat a client. They were rude and inflexible. I didn’t even want to try the food and I preferred going somewhere else although It was a long drive from Puerto Vallarta. Be very careful when choosing this restaurant.

Me encantó el lugar, sin lugar a dudas deberías venir aquí cuando celebras algo muy especial, el servicio al cliente es sobresaliente y siempre los meseros y el gerente están al tanto de todo en todo momento. Los alimentos son de muy buena calidad, porciones correctas, sin embargo de repente pudieran ser 'pequeñas' (son gourmet, por supuesto). Recomiendo de entrada sopa de hongos, tapas o crema de cangrejo, de plato principal el atún sellado está delicioso. La vista es espectacular, si puedes ir en el atardecer valdrá totalmente la pena. Al ser un restaurante gourmet, hay dress code, por lo cual no puedes entrar con sandalias, traje de baño o playeras sin mangas, preferencia: casual elegante; tampoco se aceptan mascotas. En cuanto al precio: 1 bebida (cóctel), entrada, platillo fuerte y postre rondaría aprox de los $1,000 - $1,300.

Juan and Jorge were amazing. They helped us what wine to chose for dinner. They were polite and professional. The place is amazing. The food was out of this world. Highly recommend this place. Go at sunset, the views are amazing

Asked for 2 double drinks. Had one double and one with almost no alcool. Paid 450 pesos for 2 drinks. I'll never go there again
