4 May be a nice place to visit but do not get involved with the sales department in any way as you will loose any money you invest as they are one big scam from beginning
to end
A few months after buying into this program, I decided to utilize it and make a reservation for our year end vacation - and that's when I realized what a SCAM this is! Long story short, no one will help you, the 877 number has no answer, their website and member portal is now gone, and they will not give back the money they took from me. So I have no money, no vacation, just a lot of aggrevation, so angry with these people, how do you sleep at night?
I stayed at the Grand Miramar Resort in Puerto Vallarta two months ago, and bought the Membership for this program. They offer you a Concierge to design tailor-made vacations for you, according to your preferences. The service is very good, the only comment for them, is their contract, is somehow confusing for us, regular people.
Beware of this timeshare company, AS IT IS ALL A SCAM! You will lose all of your money. Do not attend a presentation here and DO NOT BUY HERE! Salesman will promise to resell your timeshare at above market value, but they won't and will never provide you with the money they promised. Not only will you not receive your money, but then the company will scam you into sending them more money in the form of a transfer tax! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS TIMESHARE SCAM!
