La pantalla LCD de mi Samsung S20+ murió. Julio de PVTec respondió rápidamente y fue de gran ayuda. Explicó el tiempo necesario para la reparación y el costo de las piezas y la mano de obra. Como tenían la pieza disponible, ¡pude recuperar mi teléfono en tan solo unas horas! ¡Un millón de gracias por tan gran experiencia! ¡Mi teléfono se ve y funciona perfecto ahora!

Dropped my cell phone and cracked the screen. Stopped by PVTec at 11am on a Wednesday, and they had it repaired and ready by 2pm the same day and didn't charge an arm and a leg. Friendly staff, convenient location. Have had a couple of friends take their laptops to this same place and they also received great service. Highly recommended!

Se me cayó el celular y se rompió la pantalla. PVTec lo detuvo a las 11 a.m. De un miércoles, lo repararon y lo prepararon a las 2 p.m. Del mismo día y no cobraron ni un brazo ni una pierna. Personal amable, ubicación conveniente. Un par de amigos llevaron sus computadoras portátiles a este mismo lugar y también recibieron un excelente servicio. ¡Muy recomendable!

We wanted to watch Canadian hockey as ‘our’ team is going to the playoffs. Cheyenne made a house call to our condo which is quite a long distance from the store. He knows his stuff and we were able to watch the games the whole time we were in a Puerto Vallarta. His English is great and he was very helpful in explaining things to us. The cost was reasonable so I highly recommend this business.

I needed a new iPhone battery and my poor 8s was as banged up as my poor car. A new one is about $1000 usd. What to do? I contacted PV Technology Solutions and they replaced the screen, the case, and the battery for less than 4000 pesos! It’s practically a new phone! And they graciously offered to pick it up and deliver it! In under 2 hours! AND they threw in a case protector AND a screen protector for free! I highly recommend them!

This business has completely changed my business day in Vallarta. I work with Cheyenne and have Telcel as my ISP, which has been spotty, especially on Zoom, Teams, Webex…. Pretty much the state of our lives. I was continuously dropping video calls. Or the Wi-Fi signal would randomly switch off of one device and on to another. So in frustration I invested in an extender, which turned out to be the right thing, however since I have no idea where to place the extenders to actually boost the main signal was just an act of futility. Cheyenne changed everything. Within moments, he properly repositioned the extenders, and for a very reasonable fee, now manages my network remotely, offering great tips, or alerts. Recommend without hesitation…
