Came here to buy a wireless charger for my iphone 350 pesos.and the man said that if it didn’t work i could receive a full refund.the next day I tried to charge my iphone and it didn’t work, my phone said it was charging because the icon but my phone wouldn’t go up in battery percentage, I returned and spoke to a almost bald middle aged man my girlfriend and i asked for a refund but the man refused even tho we were told we could get a refund

Very patient, well informed and good English speaking young man that helped us figure out how to set up our phone with Telcel. They don’t have a system on site to recharge but directed us to an Oxxo. With the info we needed to ask for what we needed. Was also great in giving us accurate directions. These people do not make a lot of money so when they go above and beyond providing excellent service we always show our appreciation with a gratuity that is much appreciated.

Sold us a telecom SIM card, but showed us a price that included a package with minutes, text and data. After set up, we realized that there was nothing included, so we felt misled. Did activate the card, but can get a card with some credit elsewhere for a better price.

Dejé la compañía Telcel porque cada vez es más caro y da menos tiempo aire por recarga, los planes no eran mucho mejores así que cambié a Movistar, me dieron un equipo y estoy contento con el servicio, Telcel me mintió sobre los equipos y sus planes de renovacion,: primero que a los seis meses me darían equipo nuevo, luego que no, que al año, después que al año no, que al año y medio llegó el año y medio y enfermé muy grave y no pagué el último pago porque vivía en un rancho alejado y yo no podía salir de lo mal que estaba, me bloquearon mi número, cuando estuve mejor fuí a hacer el pago y me dijeron que ya había perdido el número (que yo pagué en efectivo y que pasé a plan) y jamás me devolvieron mi número acreditado con clientes de muchos años, les llevé los papeles de que estuve enfermo y les valió. Telcel es lo peor que puedes usar.

Los tiempos de espera son demasiado largos. No abren todas las ventanillas. Y pues hay muchos clientes. Además la red ha estado fallando terriblemente en los últimos meses U. U

Telcel le hace falta muxha atención en planes, hace mes me llego mi factura por 100 pesos más, y según Telcel dice que porque me subscribi a unos juegos, que yo en mi vida he conocido y no reconozco más bien nunca juego, pero en fin, tive que pagar y le pedi favor me quitará eso y supuestamente ya desvincule todo. Ahora esperar la siguiente factura

They would not help activating SIM card brought from OXXO. All they had to do is have me buy $50 peso credit to activate. But they referred me back to head office. I went to the OXXO cross the street; they were able to understand the problem and activated the line for 50 peso. They even called me to confirm the activation worked.
