THE SEAHORSE CUCINA BAR & LOUNGE

El restaurante fue muy receptivo cuando hice mi reserva en línea la noche anterior a nuestra visita. Quería asegurarme de que aceptaran tarjetas de crédito (lo hacen). Tuvimos varias mesas para elegir y quedamos contentos con la que elegimos, y la vista de la puesta de sol se podía ver prácticamente desde cualquier lugar de la habitación. Los menús que habíamos visto en línea deben haber sido anticuados ya que los precios reflejaban los aumentos generales que hemos experimentado en todas partes de Puerto Vallarta durante esta visita. Mi esposa y yo decidimos pedir bruschetta para comenzar, pero cambiamos de opinión y compartimos una ensalada césar porque el camarero trajo un delicioso pan caliente. La ensalada compartida no era nada escasa y tenía parmesón y anchoas raspadas. Mi esposa pidió espaguetis carbanaro y yo elegí espaguetis al fruti del mare. Ambos platos principales fueron muy generosos y la presentación fue agradable. A mi esposa le encantó el suyo y logró terminar todo el plato. Mi plato principal tenía una buena cantidad de camarones, almejas y músculos, pero me sorprendió un poco ver el cangrejo falso. Se había vuelto blando. El plato realmente no lo necesitaba ya que los otros mariscos eran abundantes. Estaba perfectamente condimentado y también logré comerme todo el plato. Nuestro camarero fue atento, amable y cortés. Definitivamente regresaremos en nuestra próxima visita a la hermosa ciudad. Las imágenes incluidas son del menú del 10 de abril de 2024.

Este es nuestro primer viaje a PV. Tuvimos una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa en The Seahorse. La comida estaba increible. Fuimos temprano y prácticamente teníamos el lugar para nosotros solos, lo cual fue muy relajante. La vista era tan hermosa incluso si estaba nublada. Nuestro anfitrión y nuestra anfitriona fueron excelentes. Recomiendo encarecidamente esta joya durante la temporada baja y alta.

Visitamos en temporada baja, lo que hizo que fuera una visita perfecta y tranquila. Raúl vino a charlar con nosotros varias veces, nos dio consejos y sugerencias y nos trató como amigos de muy buena manera. La comida era excelente, la vista era estupenda, el restaurante definitivamente merece su visita.

La comida, el ambiente, las vistas y el servicio fueron espectaculares. El chef Raúl es de primera categoría y el mejor tipo. Vino a la mesa varias veces para explicar las opciones. No puedo esperar para regresar.

La comida es deliciosa, el lugar tiene una vista muy padre, el servicio es excelente me gustó mucho pasar un momento único en THE SEAHORSE, es grato saber que existen lugares, personas que te hacen sentir como en casa, prometemos volver mi esposa y yo, muchas gracias por sus atenciones.

Our last night in PV and wanted a romantic dinner after our 3 month stay in Mexico. This restaurant was the perfect choice! The view, the welcoming staff, the ambiance, the service were all excellent. The personal attention from the chef was another added touch. The food was wonderful and we couldn’t resist eating every bite. Not only a fantastic evening but very affordable, we highly recommend.

Absolutely lovely Italian restaurant! Rooftop view of the Malecón. I highly recommend coming here for a break from the hustle and bustle. The breeze alone is worth it, but the pasta was authentic and delicious.

Absolutely one of the best restaurants in Puerto Vallarta. Chef Raul is amazing and came to Vallarta 10 months ago to take over one of the best locations in town. High abive the Malecon, the view is panoramic and spectacular no matter what table you choose. Fine dining with a lot of elegance and ambience. The food was outstanding, innovative, and absolutely delicious. I started with a salad made of watermelon, strawberries, tomatoes, goat cheese and fresh basil. A true delight. Followed by chicken caccitore.the special of the evening. Having worked many years at great restaurants near LA and other parts of California, Chef Raul has a highly trained and experiences waitstaff that are attentive and enev re-heated our home made bread throughout the meal or brought us more when they saw we were running low.
Great prices, my meal with a Topo Chico and tip was 400 pesos or $20 USD.

I have been in Mexico 11 years and have never had this degree of service or attention to every detail ever. Outatanding food quality.

Beautiful view, spectacular service and incredible food! Everything was phenomenal at this place and would highly recommend! The chef greeted us, checked in on us - you can tell he puts a lot of passion into his food. Great experience all around!

Amazing spot with amazing view, we find This restaurant online. Was little confusing where is the entrance (restaurant is located on 4th floor so you need to take elevator located in the open lobby next to Starbucks), we ordered 2x1 Mando margaritas (100pesos for both), margaritas were very good with very nice presentation, I had Alfredo shrimp and my partner order meat pasta, we both really liked our dishes and left with totally full belly, I highly recommended This place,

We so look forward to the Seahorse every time we are in PV! Chef Raul is the sweetest man and the BEST chef. His restaurant has a stellar view of the bay and the Malecon, he has a wonderful staff, beautiful white linen tables, great wines, and the Food, always knocks our socks off… we celebrated at the Seahorse for our Anniversary last week and it was a magical night. He even saves a special cocktail punch purely for special occasions, it was stellar. Thank you Chef Raul for another magical evening!
