The Westin Resort & Spa, Puerto Vallarta

Un excelente hotel en donde su restaurante denominado Arrecifes cuenta con un personal sumamente amable, con la mayor disposición de complacer a sus clientes, además de contar con un chef que prepara exquisitos platillos de alta cocina, desde ensaladas hasta el postre. Felicitamos al personal de este Hotel, en especial al del su restaurante.

Very nice and quiet hotel. Great viwes from our room. Food was excellent. First time in Vallarta will be back God willing.

Beds were amazing and AC worked great. Most rooms have great views. I was surprised how little we spent on food and drink while at the resort. They have everything you need. You will pay some for bellman and maids by day, which is not something you know until you get there. However, the book for these services is inconsequential.

Tradicional ubicación a un lado de la marina, con el servicio propio de la marca y muy comodas instalaciones.

Amazing and beautiful place to stay. The staff was very friendly and accomodating. Rooms are beautiful and large bathrooms. No complaints and I would definitely stay again!

The resort was very impressive, beautiful in all aspects. The room we had though was very damp and reeked of mildew, probably hadn't been used in a while. Had to sleep in at blankets the first night. Rest of the trip was very enjoyable!

Un hotel muy bonito, les recomiendo la suite presidencial, que aunque un poco costosa, vale la pena, tiene una hermosa vista de la llegada y salida de los cruceros nacionales e internacionales qué vienen a visitar este hermoso puerto (habitación 709)

The room is clean and the service is top notch, the location is near a lot of restaurants and shopping area.

Grande el hotel, playa muy tranquila, de hecho para que estén los niños nadando, lo único malo es su todo incluído, con costó de $170 USD más IVA por persona por noche, algo deplorable, ni que dieran pechugas de Ángel!

Can't comment on the rooms, because we didn't get the opportunity to stay. We booked on points, but due to work obligations had to alter our trip by two days on each end. We were told we had to cancel and rebook. In the matter of 15 minutes (the time it took over the phone to cancel) he could not rebook due to no availablity. We are now unable to go on a vacation. They were unable to offer a comparable hotel or even other resort in the area. Horrible customer service.

Great hotel. Had a room with a wonderful view. The rooms were nice and quiet. Service is wonderful if you decide to eat here. We had breakfast only, and the options were great. Get some waffles at the counter. All the staff is great. Would come again.

Muy bonitas instalaciones, la alberca espectacular, limpio, con una playa hermosa, el servicio bueno, especialmente Liliana, que trabaja en recepción, siempre amable y con muy buena actitud. La comida buena. Cerca del aeropuerto, en general 100% recomendable.

Muy bien las instalaciones perooooo! En el loby no cuentan con aire acondicionado y por ende hace un calor infernal. Q t pone d malas al momento d registrarte.
