Excelentes instalaciones solo mejoraría la calidad de la comida. La ubicación excelente.
También tuvimos una late check out e hicimos uso de las instalaciones sin ningún problema.
Su barra de café es excelente y desde las 7am.

Hermoso lugar.todo es personal muy atentos y muy amables.lo mejor.entregas abitacion y si tú salida es más tarde tienen un lobby o espacio para permutar y apesar de que ya entregaste te permiten tomar toallas y que andes por todo el hotel sin problema.muchas gracias por la atención brindada.

Hermoso lugar, gente encantadora. Recomiendo encarecidamente este complejo para visitar el precioso Puerto Vallarta.

Las habitaciones estaban un poco anticuadas pero aun así muy bonitas. El servicio y todo incluido fue increíble! 5 restaurantes diferentes para elegir (Mariscos, Mexicano, Italiano, Japonés, Sports bar) más un bar de postres para satisfacer los antojos de dulces ¡La comida fue excelente!
La playa era muy agradable, sin embargo, la ubicación estaba cerca de algunos de los ríos que fluyen rápidamente debido a la temporada de lluvias intensas que resultó en agua turbia en el océano, por lo que no pudimos experimentar el hermoso Pacífico azul que esperábamos. Dicho esto, la piscina principal era muy agradable con un pequeño tobogán para niños (o niños adultos como yo), así que hicimos la mayor parte de nuestra natación allí, pero aún así nos relajamos en la playa y nos sumergimos en el océano cuando sentimos la necesidad. También hicimos una excursión para obtener el agradable agua azul del océano.
El personal fue muy amable y servicial. ¿La instalación del gimnasio también fue muy agradable?
Recomendaría este lugar pero sugiero en la temporada no lluviosa si quieres el agua azul del océano.

El mejor lugar para hospedarse, cuentan con habitaciones con cocina integral. Excelente atención, playa limpia con eventos artísticos y deportivos varios. He ido con familia, con amigos y en pareja. Hotel cercano al aeropuerto y al centro. Hay un par de centros comerciales y plazas cercanas para hacer compras. Este año fui solo, la atención fue magnífica, en especial la del chef Luis que me preparó comida apta para veganos, un verdadero artista.

Lugar limpio, buen servicio, todas las instalaciones excelentes, solo las recepcionistas de los restaurantes algo malacarientas, pero los meseros muy amables.
Este lugar es ideal para vacacionar en Puerto Vallarta.

Me encantó este hotel, solo fui por dos noches, pero realmente me sorprendió, tiene una ubicación genial, tiene bonita area de playa, a pesar que era temporada alta, siempre había camastro disponibles las habitaciones son cómodas, cuentan con comedor y cocineta, a pesar de que son muchas habitaciones, las áreas de alberca son suficientemente grandes para la cantidad de huéspedes, volvería sin dudarlo

Habitaciones anticuadas con poca o ninguna vista. Tenemos una pared y un techo para mirar.las camas son pequeñas camas dobles (no esperes conseguir una cama tamaño king).
La arena de la playa es gruesa y el agua no es nada clara. Dirígete a una playa diferente. Hay poca o ninguna relajación en la playa con gente tratando de venderte algo cada 5 minutos.
En lo que respecta al todo incluido, nos fastidiaron nuestro último día completo en el resort porque su día termina a las 11 am...
Los restaurantes que anuncian que tienen en el lugar son engañosos, tiene 2 opciones para elegir. Nunca vi abrir el restaurante japonés una vez durante la semana que estuvimos allí.
El departamento de reservas y la gente de recepción me enfurecieron hasta el punto de negarse a gastar otro dólar con este "resort".
¡Nunca volvería! De hecho, ¡le advertiría a la gente que se mantenga alejada y reserve en otro lugar!

Un lugar muy agradable, el personal muy amable, todo muy limpio y hasta con fantasma incluido en la habitación, una experiencia muy padre y extranormal que se repita!

El hotel está hermoso, pero lo más bonito es la atención, de entrada nos recibieron con un muffin de chocolate muy rico! Y la comida de sus restaurantes no se diga, está deliciosa

Nice resort! Tacos were so delicious! If you like spicy food try their tacos and hot sauce. We had a wonderful vacation.

Un excelente servicio agradeciendo las atenciones en especial al joven Ramón Ponce de leon por el recibimiento que se tuvo al ingresar al hotel y durante mi estancia una persona muy atenta y amable

Love it here although it feels a little short staffed, particularly during happy hour. Kudos to Joaquin and Martin for their exceptional service. However, met my first rude staff member, Ana on a day trip last week while staying at a different resort. She overheard me asking to speak to her manager and then followed me to the quiet pool and harassed me. I have never met such a rude staff member here in my 8 years of coming here.

Love PV, but this hotel has unfortunately trended in the wrong direction and I can no longer recommend staying here. We were a group of 15 this time and are eager to explore other options in town. Having stayed here many times over the past decade, it’s become a sorry state of affairs.

A few things to consider when booking:

-If you’re unlucky enough to be in the south buildings, you’re immediately adjacent to pathways the staff use to roll carts (very loudly) to move equipment from 11pm until as late as 2: 30am. Made sleeping difficult to impossible at those hours. Management is aware of how loud it is, but didn’t seem to care. There are certainly quieter ways to move equipment. I had to visit the desk 3 times (was twice told management would reach out to discuss options…they never did) before they finally agreed to change our room.

-As others have noted, service at the restaurants is laughably bad. On two nights we sat for 30+ minutes before anyone took a drink order. Same goes for service at the beach- it’s very difficult to track down severs to place a drink/food order. This makes the all-inclusive a pretty bad deal imo. The food is mediocre already, but paired with the inconvenience in actually getting your food, you’re better off sourcing your own (much better food) from local restaurants or the local Soriana.

-Regarding the two points above, should you encounter any problems, the staff is simultaneously reluctant to a) apologize, or b) offer solutions.

-Wifi. I understand the appeal of keeping room rates a bit lower and offering a la carte services, but requiring guests to pay $10/day per device for subpar Wi-Fi is a bit of a joke in 2021. If this is a major money maker for the hotel, they already have major problems.

Aside from those (not so minor) details, it’s a pleasant hotel. Nicely appointed, comfortable beds, and nice beach. Unfortunately those things aren’t unique in PV, so you should spend your vacation elsewhere in town.

We randomly choose this location for our vacation. We thought this was a great value but our favorite part was making our Concierge part of our family. Ramon will always be in our hearts and we will absolutely be back.

There are quite few things wrong with this place but I ll try with a couple of good ones:

1) With the exception of the front desk staff, staff was nice and helpful.
2) The place is clean; the amenities and daily entertainment are good.

Now on the not so great side:

1) The front desk staff was really bad. The manager Daniel was completely clueless about good customer service and you can immediately notice that other staff is not trained to provide a good (this kind of resort worthy) customer service). They gave us 2 rooms that were not ready forcing us to go back and forth on the heat with suitcases and a kid. They finally gave us a room in the same building that is falling apart. Never provided an apology, REFUSED to give us a room in a better location or other comp for our troubles.
2) The building where our room is located is falling apart. For this category of the hotel and the money it is unacceptable. There are huge ACs and machines in the back of the building that are very loud - the whole time here it sounded like there is factory next to us, that was weird and very unusual for us - never experienced that in any of the hotels I stayed in.

We typically stay in another hotel just a block down which is our favorite here but unfortunately this time they were completely booked: (we tried Villa de Palmas instead and were not happy - will not be coming back, there are so many hotels to choose from, settling for mediocre is such a waste
