Tengan cuidado al rentar aquí, por lo que veo es una compañía problemática que no se preocupa por los clientes. Yo estoy en proceso con Profeco y en una demanda ya que tengo más de tres meses y no me regresan mi depósito

Los carros muy bien pero a la hora de la tarjeta salen cargos extras.

Ladrones. Sacaron 600 dolares de mi tarjeta despues de 20 dias de haber cancelado el contrato

I have rented cars from XPress Car Rental in three previous occasions during the low season with no issues. This December (2018) was the first peak season rental with XPress Car Rental and was completely disappointed by the poor quality vehicles they are renting to customers.

I sent the owner a deposit earlier during the month of December covering half the cost of my rental to guarantee my vehicle color and size later during the same month. I spoke to to sales associate in multiple occasions by phone, and have an extensive conversation on my messenger with the same associate. I completed all tasks on my end to reserve my vehicle. I also asked for pictures of the vehicle I was renting in advance, and they provided a picture that did not accurately reflect the rental they would offer me.

When I arrived to the location the vehicle assigned to me was dented, paint was scratched around the frame of the entire vehicle, and the front glass was cracked. I will try to attach pictures here. I noticed the damages as the vehicle assigned to me was the one the associate used to pick us up at the airport. I immediately asked the associate for an alternative vehicle and was told this was the one assigned to me. I was outraged because the manager responded to my concerns by phone with a tone as if his business was doing me a favor at no cost. My outrage was prompted because I asked two associates prior to sending my deposit if the vehicle assigned to me was in top shape because I needed the vehicle for a wedding. In multiple instances I was assured all vehicles mirrored those resented at Hetz and Dollar to name a few. This instance left me stranded for a much anticipated and needed family vacation.

Gente muy amable la atención muy bien y autos en perfectas condiciones.

They do not take care of their cars. 70,000 + miles. Take pictures of your rental before you leave. They will try to charge you for damages that weren't you. A shady business trying to put money in their pockets. Watch out
