Fast service. I had a tear in some leather shoes. I showed up and took the shoe off my foot, and they fixed it within 10 minutes for only 100 pesos. Very impressed and would certainly go back for other repairs.

Muy mal servicio y atención al cliente. Mandé unas botas a que les cambiaran el cierre y me las devolvieron con otro cierre que ya venía roto. Volví para darles el beneficio de la duda pero la siguiente vez fue aún peor. No hay manera de hablar con ellos. En verdad no vayan, yo ya gasté mi dinero ahí, ustedes no lo hagan!

Definitivamente el servicio pésimo! Te cobran de más, realmente es muuuuy caro para lo que hacen por que no lo hacen bien, mejor busquen otro lugar, en verdad el servicio es nefasto! Solo vendrán a hacer corajes por que te tratan mal.

No había regresado porque no me gustó la calidad del servicio que me hicieron, pero bueno les di el beneficio de la duda y nuevamente llevé mis zapatos, los dejé pagados y los tendrían listos el viernes pasado, hoy andaba por la zona, no traía mi ticket pero tienen mis datos, copia de mi ticket, esperé a que atendieran a dos personas antes que yo, el chico me contestó que era importante llevar el ticket, que tienen mucho trabajo (cuando llegué estaba recargado en el mostrador) y que estaban comiendo (no estaban comiendo), les di las gracias y me retiré. Pero a los pocos pasos me regresé y les dije "perdón, pero no veo que estén comiendo ni que tengan mucho trabajo, estoy viendo dos bolsas que pueden ser mis zapatos, en fin, regresaré con mi ticket pero no volveré a traer nada con ustedes) en ese momento se activó y me pedía mi nombre pero me salí muy molesta, adicional a que cuando realicé el pago me preguntó si me hacían un descuento le dije que lo desconocía, pero si por pronto pago me lo debía hacer, no lo hizo. Con este tipo de actitudes no dan ganas de regresar y mucho menos recomendarlos.

Llevé a cambiar los cierres de una botas y quedaron con chipotes, mal puestos y un trabajo que deja mucho que desear. Y sobre todo díganle a la señora que es la que da los precios que la gente no llega a "atacarla", las veces que fuí parece que se está defendiendo o le está echando bronca al cliente. Mal trabajo y pésima atención al cliente.

Abren a tiempo 9: 00 en punto, yo fui por unas tapas para mis botas en 10 minutos las tuvieron listas. Muy amables. Rapidos y eficientes, me costo 100 pesos. La verdad se me hizo bien! Me dieron gel cuando llegue y cuando me fui!

Horrible. They do an awful job (tried three times) and have arbitrary pricing. I took my brown chain leather handbag to be repaired and they reinforced the leather link with a piece of thin WHITE leather, and glued it. Don’t waste your time here, there are plenty of better cobblers in the neighborhood. They also have a poor attitude.

Terrible! I just took a pair of brown redwing boots, all i asked for them to do was to clean and condition the leather (pretty simple for shoe repair service) i got back a pair of dark brown boots completely different color almost as if they painted them and the stitching of the boots are now BRIGHT orange! No clue what they were going for but when i told why are they orange they then blamed the previous shoe repair place which actually never existed giving the boots were new and this was the first time taking them in! On top of that i asked for a bag which they were already in so i can take them home, i then got attitude by the girl at the counter saying that i cant have a bag! Then i said well can you sell me a the bag it was in so i can take them home and again denied. If you have anything if value or quality AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

Trabajo pésimo, chapucero, el trabajo de reparación fue por dentro y no le pusieron las piezas de cuero que dijeron que iban a poner, el cocido feo y mal hecho. Una total decepción.

La verdad son unos SUPER EXPERTOS EN LO QUE HACEN. LLEVE MOS TENIS HUGO BOSS QUE ANTES LLEVE A OTRO LUGAR EN EL QUE CONFIE Y ME LOS DEJARON CASI INSERVIBLES. Y ELLOS LOS RESTAURARON POR COMPLETO Y LES ESTOY SUMAMENTE AGRADECIDO.

El personal es intolerante y nada amable, los costos me parecen subjetivos y elevados.yo fui por otras reseñas que decían que eran amables. Un bu!

Se hacen trabajos de reparación de calzado chamarras bolsas de muchísimas cosas y tiene buena atención
