Mi opción favorita para reservar, procesos ágiles y las unidades en muy buen estado. El personal es sumamente amable.

Políticas retrógradas, no aceptan cualquier tarjeta, el servicio es sumamente demorado. No se han adaptado a los distintos tipos de tarjeta qué hay hoy en día, no reciben tarjetas de fintech sin ninguna razón aparente, se niegan a dar explicaciones

Pesimo servicio al cliente de la señorita de recepción, no me dejo rentar por mi credencial, tambien lleve el pasaporte y no lo acepto, diciendo que habia problema con mi informacion (cuando no es asi) ah pero con los extranjeros bien que les aceptan sus documentos y sin problema, no rentes aqui si eres mexicano porque te van a poner muchos peros para rentarte!

Pesimo! Para hacerte la reservacion super serviciales, al llegar por la unidad no quisieron proceder con la renta, pero eso sí al hacer el cargo no la hicieron de emocion por la tarjeta.
NO RENTEN AHI DE VERDAD

Actualización: CLONARON MI TARJETA. Procederé a denunciar.
Son incompetentes, tanto Cintia Conde como su supervisor. Hasta ella misma reconoció que no está capacitada para realizar el servicio. Claramente no está capacitada ni siquiera para trabajar en atención al cliente.
Es ignorante y pedante. No sabe que siempre te deben dar comprobante de operación. Cuando te rentan, te dan un comprobante. Cuando cancelan, te dan un comprobante. Solo me dieron una impresión de pantalla que no sirve para nada.
Pero ni siquiera pude rentar OJO! AUNQUE HICE PREPAGO EN LÍNEA.

Soy cliente premiere en mis bancos, tengo Mastercard Platinum y no me rentaron auto SIN DARME MOTIVOS, solo porque su sistema obsoleto no lo aceptaba.

No vuelvo a rentar con Avis México y no lo recomiendo.
Si les pasa esto, recuerden que muy cerca de esta sucursal patito están Alamo, Europcar, National y Hertz.

DO NOT RENT FROM AVIS.
This is my first experience with Avis, I usually use National, Enterprise or Alamo but I found they had a promotion 50% discount so decided to give them a chance. Big mistake.
First, they break pads were almost completely worn out and after the second day they started squeaking and making loud noise when I break. I called the office and informed them of the issue and they asked me to contact their emergency number if I feel the car is not safe to drive.on the third day I called the emergency number more than 10 times and wasted like 2 hours trying to get to them but no one speaks English and they kept transferring me around to people who end up hanging up. I called the office they put me on hold for like 20 min then hung up. I ended up having to change break pads because the car was not safe to drive. And when I presented the bills for fixing the car they refused to pay even though I showed them the records of the many many calls I made to their office and emergency line.
Then one of the tires formed a bump which is a default in the tire and it's not my fault.they still charged me a whooping $200 for this bump that formed the second or third day. This was a shock to me as I was not the first to use the car and definitely did not cause this bump.
The customer service is the worst and they're out there to take your money for the silliest things.
I will never ever again use Avis, ever.
I will also dispute the damage and rental amount with my credit card company to retrieve the damage fee and the break pad bill that they refused to pay.bloody thieves.

I have rented from this location more than 6 times. They always do a great job and are pretty quick. What sets them apart was an experience I had today- after returning the car last night I realize I left my laptop in the car. I arrived to Avis at 7am today with the hopes of retrieving the laptop. The folks were so so helpful. The car had already been taken to a different site for cleaning but they recovered it and had it back to me in 20 mins! Incredible honesty and service. I am so so grateful!

Excelente servicio desde la entrada, en un inconveniente que tuvimos y hasta al solicitar después la factura, además nos ofrecieron un tesla a muy buen precio. Antes fuimos a reservar a Alamo y no respetaron la reserva, Avis 1000 veces mejor!

I recently had the pleasure of renting a car with Avis in Mexico City and I must say it was a fantastic experience! The staff at the rental location was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the rental process quick and seamless. The car I rented was in excellent condition and provided a comfortable and convenient mode of transportation during my stay in the city. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided by Avis and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a rental car in Mexico City.

Malisima experiencia, no tienen personas suficientes para la atención al publico 2 hrs de retraso para entegar el carro, no dan la información completa y al final no se pudo alquilar el carro. No lo recomiendo

Extremely rude staff. Made a reservation for 9pm and got there at 8: 45. They said that they would not start any more reservations because they were closing.

Very good experience at the Avis Reforma. Liz was super friendly, helpful and professional. Would come back here for sure. Best experience at an rental car dealerships.

I have been an Avis Preferred member for many years. This location claims to be a Preferred location but for some reason I have to waste time at the counter every time I rent a car. The whole purpose of Preferred is to NOT have to waste time at the counter, right? I have rented 6-7 times in the past 2 months and EVERY TIME they act like it's the first. Come on Avis, get it together down here. This location is so convenient, but you are making it very inconvenient.

I am very satisfied with the service. The prices are reasonable fair, the cars are in excellent conditions and the personal are kind and friendly. Keep in mind that the prices could increased significantly due dollar-peso exchange rate and the insurance you selected. Up to now, I have used their service five times and I made reservations from 1 week to 2 days in advance. Also, I rented in Mexico City and Merida. In both cases I was treated nicely:)

My suggestion is to improve their online reservations because in the end I have to complete the reservations by phone.
