Ofrecen autoservicio y por encargo. También tienen lavadoras dedicadas para las colchonetas y textiles de tu mascota.
Lavan muy bien la ropa y aceptan también camas/ropa/juguetes de perro, pues tienen una lavadora específica para ese tipo de productos. Siempre regreso muy contenta!
¡Excelente lugar para lavar y doblar tu ropa a un precio muy razonable! ¡Tenían nuestra ropa lista a tiempo y hicieron todo el mismo día!
Servicio perfecto, llegó a las 5 p.m. Con alrededor de 2 kg (aproximadamente 30 litros) de ropa, se lavó todo ~ 200 pesos, se completó a las 6 p.m. Del día siguiente, probablemente podría pedir un servicio más rápido pero funcionó bien con nuestros planes del día, pagado con MasterCard, lo recomendaría!
Todo excelente, las prendas están bien lavadas, sin olor a polvo y bien dobladas, y al mismo tiempo un muy buen precio por este servicio.
Fuimos a dejar ropa para lavar y la chica un poco mal humorada y los perros que tienen ahí gruñendonos y ladrandonos. Al recoger la ropa uno de los perros mordió a mi hijita y al decirle a la encargada que porque no los.tienen amarrados se limito a deirme. "No son míos" dando a entender que son del dueño. MUY MALA ACTITUD Y NI SE DISCULPÓ. TENGAN CUIDADO
Si necesitas que te devuelvan la ropa el mismo día, este es el lugar. Probablemente no debería haberte dicho eso.
El personal está siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y, si vas lo suficiente, te recordarán aunque hayan pasado meses desde la última vez que estuviste allí.

It pains me to write this because I had such a wonderful experience with La Dirty—they were always polite and efficient for the several months I went to them. However, the past two times I went to them, items of my clothing went missing.
The first time, even though it was expensive clothing item, I let it go because I figured things happen and people make mistakes. The second time I noticed an irreplaceable piece of clothing had gone missing. (I should have learned my lesson the first time, but really wanted to believe it was an accident.)
I went back the next day to let them know—even asking if they might have mixed it with someone else’s clothes, but they said they keep everything separate and then oddly stated I only dropped off linens and towels, which was simply not true. They didn’t offer to replace anything and resorted to lies, which drew a line for me.
I then did an audit and realized a few other items were misssing. Not only is this unacceptable, but also unethical so please be careful when taking your things here. I was naive, but there should also be trust that your service provider won’t steal from you.
Fastest service I’ve found looking around condesa. They did my laundry 4 times during my stay and I had same day pick up of perfectly folded laundry everytime!
First off, the name "La Dirty" is amazing. That'd get five stars in and of itself. Secondly, absolutely zero complaints. Dropped my laundry off today around 11am, picked it up at 5: 30pm. Great, quick service. Two awesome, and lazy (when I was there) dogs. The owner (? I assume she was the owner) speaks fluent english, which is great because my Spanish is embarrassingly minimal at this point. As I'm in La Condesa for 4 more weeks, I'll be back again. The price was excellent as well. As per another review, if the door is locked, but the sign says "open", give a knock. Highly recommended.
Amazing place to get your laundry done. I came in around 530-545 and needed my clothes done that night and they were able to get it back to me before they closed at 8pm!
An excellent little laundry / library / cafe with friendly service. Our clothes were washed and folded with care.
Brought our laundry in at about 1PM and we got it back at 7PM that day washed and folded. The sign said they were open but the door was locked, so we knocked. A sign saying “please knock” would be helpful (we saw someone else knock, before that we were waiting outside for 15min).
I love this place so much. Our laundry was folded beautifully and the price was amazing. Next time I just want to make peace with Furiosa LOL

We weren't sure what to expect, but they went above and beyond to help us do some laundry in the middle of our vacation. We thought she might get it back to us the next day. She did it in hours and we got to hang out in her wonderful space sipping excellent coffee for part of the time.
I took 7gk of laundry at closing time (20h) and the clothes were ready by 10Am the next morning after telling the owner I needed them asap due to a flight. The clothes looked like they had been folded by Marie Kondo, even the socks were nicely folded (see photo)! Highly recommended!
