They have really bad service if you try l to make reservations in USA online at the time you arrive to the car rental location everything changes, they said whatever you pay online that’s just to make reservations but you have to pay a completely different amount of price and a high amount to deposit and also something to have in mind is that the location it’s not on terminal 2 Benito Juárez like it shows on the confirmation reservations. I had a really bad experience.

Bad Bad company. Do not rent a car from them. Booked on line and upon arrival they gave our vehicle away and told us we needed to pay more money for a different car. They called us to confirm hours before we arrived and yet they still didn’t have what we reserved.

I know this place has terrible ratings and it is super hard to find (hint: it’s inside the Marriott, which is forever from the landing gates and no one was there to meet us like they said). But, after them giving us a car that eventually died in Acapulco, they turned it all around.

They answered the phone at midnight and started the process of getting us a new car by the next day. AND THEY WERE SUPER POLITE ABOUT ALL OF IT. They sent a driver 4 hours one way to Acapulco to meet us and get us a new car (that’s 8 hours both way this dude drive).
I though for sure we were doomed to whatever fate the Montozuman Gods wanted for us, but they really took are of us. I don’t think even an American rental company would do that. American companies would usually say; you fix it and we will eventually reimburse you. But EZ car did good! Thanks Frederico and company!

La peor de las experiencias. No respetan la reservación, la camioneta que reservé no la tenían y no hacen nada para ayudarte! Cero preocupación por el cliente, si a mi me preguntarán recomendaría JAMAS contratar con esta compañía! Mejor pagar algo mas con una compañía respetable.esta NO lo es.

El mejor lugar para rentar un auto cerca del aeropuerto, de las 5 veces que he rentado un auto sólo una fallaron con la reservación. El costo-beneficio lo califico como bueno a secas.

As promised, only problem was finding it, its inside marriott courtyard mexico city airport, across the street from Terminal 1. If you call them they will come pick you up.

Awful customer service. The contract indicated we would be picked up from the airport but they were never insight. We had to call to be picked up and taken to their office at the hotel. The office was closed when we arrived. We had to wait once again as the representative arrived making out with her boyfriend. On top of all of this, we had already paid in advance for insurance, they tried to charge an additional $25 per day for local insurance. Just ridiculous.

Je mets évidemment une étoile car je n'ai pas le choix de mettre zéro. Je vous déconseille fortement cette agence car j'ai loué une voiture il y environ 3 semaines (pour une durée de 8 jours et un prix de 100 euros). Lors de l'arrivée de la voiture, ils ont vérifié très rapidement l'état de la voiture par contre au retour ils ont été très minutieux. Ils ont trouvé deux petites rayures au niveau de la roue (environ 2 cm2, j'ai les photos si vous êtes intéressés) et ils ont estimé la réparation à 55 euros, cela me semble complètement disproportionné! De plus, j'ai demandé une facture de la réparation et des photos prouvant qu'elle a été réalisée mais depuis une semaine ils ne répondent pas. Encore une arnaque!
