Buena sucursal, muy pequeña. No es tan rápida ya que el personal que atiende es el mismo que toma muestras. No tiene rampa para discapacitados

La atención es buena sin embargo para la toma de RX tengo esperando más de 1 hora. Uno usa este tipo de laboratorios porque quiere que la atención sea rápida y después de más de 1 hora aún no puedo pasar a qué me atiendan

I came for covid 19 rapid testing during my last trip to Mexico City in order to renter the US. The lady at the reception was helpful even if I did not speak Spanish. The test was quick and they send me email 3 hours later. I hope they repeat their excellent services.

I'm not sure why the reviews are poor, my rapid covid test went SUPER smoothly.

I walked in with no appointment. They saw me instantly and the test took 3 seconds. Results came in 30min and are promised within 2 hours.

I got the Aeromexico discount by showing my flight confirmation, so the test cost just under 400 pesos. Without discount, I believe the test costs about 675 pesos

Do not get your COVID test with this company!

My wife and I went here to get our COVID tests so that we could return to the US. The tests themselves were fine, but they never followed up with my wife's test results. I received mine within 2 hours as promised, but hers never came through.

I had to follow up with them via WhatsApp support, but by the time they finally provided the results it was too lat. We had to pay for a test at the airport with another company which is actually what I would recommend to others.

Laboratorio Médico del Chopo told me they would follow up to refund me two weeks ago and I have not heard anything despite reminding them. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Went around 9am on a Saturday for a pre flight antigen test. 2 people in front, used Aeromexico discount which you do over the phone in advance (360ish per person). In and out in 30-45min. Highly recommend

Me tomaron mal una muestra el día de ayer para estudios de coagulación, se notó desde el inicio la falta de preparación de las personas que me atendieron y hoy al revisar mis análisis, ese estudio salió totalmente alterado e incongruente. Siguiendo esos resultados tendría que estár gravemente hospitalizada.
Me repetí los análisis en otro lugar, el resultado estuvo en rangos normales.

Para informes pésimo servicio te tienen esperando o no son los teléfonos y en cuanto a la app desactualizada

Me he hecho ahí varios exámenes de sangre y me atienden siempre bien, sobre todo la persona que saca las muestras, nunca me ha lastimado y es muy agradable.

Son muy lentas para atender. Puedes esperar hasta 1 hr para una toma sencilla y sin que tengan personas en fila.
