Excelente opción para descansar y alejarse de todo; me parece un poco elevado de precio. Entre semana, faltan más opciones en el desayuno

El lugar me pareció espectacular. Pero es caro. La comida del restaurant está bien pero no es la gran cosa (a excepción de la sopa de tomate que es lo mejor de lo mejor)

Es muy lindo en cuanto a la naturaleza y las cabañas.

No creo que valga la pena lo que se paga, no incluye nada y el servicio no lo amerita.
No hay suficientes camastros, la alberca sucia.

Si quieres pasar unos días de paz y tranquilidad, este no el sitio, al menos en verano.
Siendo un hotel spa de relajación y desconexion te encuentras con todo lo contrario.
Niños gritando a todas horas en todos los lugares, hasta cuando te están haciendo los masajes escuchas gritos de los niños.
Quieres ir a la alberca a leer un libro? Ni lo pienses porque seguramente no vas a encontrar lugar ya que todos los camastros están apartados por gente que ni está ahí.
La comida es de mala a regular pagando un precio caro por ella.
El servicio en bar bastante tardado, por un café espere 40 minutos.
Para lo que pagas que muy caro mejor ve a otro lugar donde si estés en el ambiente propicio para relajarte y desconectarte.

La pasamos super bien! Muchas actividades, vistas bonitas, buena comida! Solo que si pidan el cuarto de arriba en las cabañas porque se escucha todo lo que hacen los vecinos de arriba, a nosotros no nos dejaron dormir pero el staff tomó acción y nos ayudo a que le bajaran al escándalo!

Hermoso lugar para cualquier ocasión.
Desayuno comida o cena está riquísimo y se disfruta toda la naturaleza.

Tardan muchísimo en el servicio de bar y restaurant (30 min para la carta y 30 para tarer un café o más para tu comida), la sorpresa que contraté para mi esposa de aniversario no la pusieron en la habitación y tuve que ir a reclamar así que tuvimos una mala experiencia para un hotel de su categoría. Reservamos Forest Suite pero nos tocó planta baja y se escuchan todos los pasos y voces del piso de arriba) y no tenía aire acondicionado, de ahí en fuera el servicio del spa y circuito muy recomendable, y es un lugar bonito con bonita vista y bien ubicado.

We had a truly magnificent time here last year. The cabins are all nestled in the trees and very nicely appointed. The food was great and the kids always had something to do. Oh, and don't forget to get a massage!

El restaurante está muy bien, es un hotel muy bonito y agradable. La actividad de pesca es muy entretenida y les fascina a los niños.

Don't trust the positive reviews here, the hotel has been neglected, and it's EXTREMELY different from what you see in the pictures (it's dirty, gross, and awful service). Please continue reading if you are looking for a realistic review of this place: the hotel is no longer pretty, it's extremely DIRTY, and above all, both the staff and the service are AWFUL. I went to celebrate my anniversary but the hotel's tree fell and hit my car, leaving more than 80% of my car with severe scratches and irreversible damage. Besides destroying my anniversary, the Operation manager (Benjamin Martínez Tapia) was unbelievably irresponsible and rude in responding to the incident. The manager let me cry hopelessly beside my car for several hours and intentionally kept me waiting for hours. He uses different excuses to postpone answering the accident. We waited for more than 3 hours for their insurance company agent, but the agent didn't even come at the end.

IF YOU ONLY HAVE TIME FOE A SUMMARY, HERE YOU GO:
Reason to NOT spend your money and time at this place:
1. Irresponsible and rude service/manager: After a tree hit my car. The manager (Benjamín Martínez) was not offering any compensation/solution. The hotel is unwilling to be responsive or responsible. The manager expects all clients to bear with all types of accidents and incidents, and the hotel WILL NEVER be responsible for any of those.
2. Awful customer service: after the tree fall and destroy my car, my anniversary was completely ruined. So I proactively request them to give me compensation for all the emotional and physical damage caused by their lack of maintenance. The manager says yes, but the next day he changes his mind and refuses to fulfill his own promise.
3. The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in: all the towels were super dirty and with yellowish stains, and even with hairs and dust inside them. The in-room tub has previous customers' hairs in it (with a layer of oily stains). All common pools, jacuzzis, or water are full of dead insect bodies (the water filter system was not even working properly), and the hotel never cleans them up.
4. Only have on a restaurant, and it's full of flies: The restaurant is beside a lake, which smells so bad & attracts so many insects/flies/mosquitos/moths. Thus, when you are having a meal there, it's 100% sure that some, if not many, flies will stop on your food, it's so gross.
5. Fake promotional photos: both the place and the experience HAS NOTHING TO DO with their online pictures. Awful service, overpriced, and gross amenities.

I travel more than 5 times per year, I have been to so many different places (hotels, resorts, National Parks, SPAs, countries, continents) BUT THIS IT THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I regret infinitely trusting their picture and booking this place for my anniversary, the place and their service ruined the most important celebration between me and my partner, I don't want this to ever happen to any of you, so I want to write this detailed review to share some truths.

Todo bien, pero en las actividades para niños donde tienen que hacer pizza no hay cubrebocas y tenían a todos los niños muy pegados, ademas que alguien se metió a la recámara sin permiso a cerrar las cortinas

Excelente opción para hospedarse con la familia o amigos. La comida es muy buena y el lugar es precioso.

El hotel me encanta, pero cuidado con las actividades para niños, en la caja te indican que todos deben traer cubrebocas por seguridad de los demás y en el taller de alimentos, donde elaborarían una pizza nuestro pequeño no pudo incorporarse por ser casi el único que portaba el cubrebocas. Así que por respetar las reglas quedas fuera de las actividades. Le comentamos a la que organiza y en ningún momento dio la indicación que lo usaran tampoco, también grosera.

Un lugar muy agradable para ir con amigos o familia. El restaurante tiene varias opciones muy ricas, en especial recomiendo la pizzas y la alcachofa. La parrillada también es muy agradable sobre todo si vas en familia. El personal es muy amable y servicial. Recomiendo también pasar por la tienda que está por la recepción ya que tienen muchos artículos interesantes.

The hotel and the rooms are beautiful. The service is awful. We have not stop spending money and we did a lot of activities and they didn’t even care about giving us some directions. I called and scheduled my transportation to airport more than 2 weeks ago and I have to leave today and they’re still trying to figure it out. I’ve asked to talk to a manager about the cleaning ladies breaking my waterpik and haven’t heard back. This is very sad, if I didn’t speak Spanish we would’ve had a horrible time. The restaurant has really good food, I would not recommend doing any of the activities thru the hotel because they don’t even tell you where to go or what to do. We do not feel welcome and I sort of regret spending all of this money. Wish me luck getting in time to the airport.

Fui a desayunar al restaurante, deli la comida y muy buen servicio. Y bueno, de la vista, ni hablar (lago y bosque)!

El Hotel RODAVENTO enclavado en el bosque es una experiencia superior. Realmente se disfruta mucho la estancia. El personal esta super bien capacitado y son muy amables TODOS. Las habitaciones son una muy agradable experiencia de alto lujo y la joya de la corona es sin duda la experiencia del SPA. Si eres fan de la onda SPA Hotel Rodavento te volara la cabeza por la excelencia en su concepto y lo delicado en el cuidado de todos los detalles es una experiencia imperdible!

La única área de oportunidad que encontré en esta experiencia de alto lujo e insuperable calidad durante toda mi estancia es en lo referente a restaurante alimentos y bebidas, definitivamente no es su fuerte.

Sumamente recomendable, altamente gratificante, verdaderamente superior!
