Casa Los Milagros

Nos encantó nuestra estancia aquí. Fui con una amiga a un viaje de surf navideño de último minuto. Maxi y su esposa fueron muy serviciales y hospitalarios, y nos sentimos como en casa. Fueron muy buenos comunicándose y respondiéndonos rápidamente. La ubicación es muy segura y tranquila, lo que lo convirtió en el refugio perfecto y tranquilo. Sólo un corto paseo de 2 minutos hasta la playa más cercana era perfecto, y la habitación estaba muy limpia y cómoda. El aire acondicionado fue un buen toque y permitió un sueño agradable y fresco cada noche. Teniendo en cuenta la proximidad a la playa, nos alegró mucho ver que no había cucarachas ni problemas de insectos como en otros lugares en los que nos hemos alojado. ¡Nos encantaría quedarnos aquí nuevamente para nuestro próximo viaje de surf y, con suerte, atrapar olas más grandes en el verano!

Aire acondicionado lejos de la cama, lo que hace mucho calor.
Insectos, moscas y plagas por todas partes.
Paredes increíblemente delgadas.

Lugar perfecto para hospedarse en Punta Mita. Las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado, hay una piscina y Maxi, el anfitrión, es una de las personas más amables que jamás hayas conocido.

Lugar ideal para ir solo o pareja.
Unos días cerca del mar.

Very comfortable! As a single female traveller I always felt safe. The staff are wonderful and the owner responds very quickly and efficiently. Excellent location, within walking distance of stores, restaurants, and the beach.

Me gusta mucho llegar a este lugar, esta super bien ubicado para ir por la zona dentro de pinta mira y trasladarse a otras playitas. Nos sentimos muy en casa, muy cómodos, responden rápido, un precio bueno, limpieza. Ya es la segunda vez que voy y seguro pronto regresamos!

Me encanto el lugar la atención muy lindos todos cerca del mar increíble para desconectarte de la cotidianidad, 100% recomendado espero volver pronto.

El encargado max fue muy atento con nosotros, el lugar está muy bien ubicado a un par de cuadras de la playa y a un precio excelente muy probablemente volveremos a ese lugar

Excellent location, just steps away from the beach. Begin your morning with a cup of coffee and head to the rooftop for an unbelievable view of the sun rising over the mountains. You will hear the birds chirping and the roosters crowing during this peaceful time.

WiFi was good, and I was able to stream Netflix without any issues. The kitchen is fully equipped to prepare your own meals. Carina is friendly, helpful, and a wonderful host. She speaks perfect English and Spanish, and I may have heard her speaking French.

We had a great time in this place, is very well located and our host was so nice and helpful, thanks Carinna!

The location is fine, close to the beach. But for the rest it is pretty basic. The apartment shown here does not fit reality, it is the top floor, it has 1 wall socket. I live on the ground floor at the moment and it is constant construction work, cutting stones and now coming home after one week of no hot shower there is no electricity, heavy machines digging away the garden. This is a great place if you live to live on a construction site. There is dust everywhere, no way to clean or wipe the floor, no clean towels or bedlinnen and for the price they charge…. Not my place!

He advertises with a quoet place, and so write the reviews, based on that we came here to relax after 5500 km motorcycle trip only to find ourselves in the most noisy place ever, very uncomfortable. And the owner does not respond to messages about the power-cut i have to live here one more week, not looking forward to this.

UPDATE: 2 days later, still no respons from the owner, we solved the electricity problem ourselves with the workers who cut the cable. And the entrance is now as you can see in the last uploaded pictures: wooden self made ladder to climb.open sewer on the left, with a smell.

The owner clearly has shut off his phone, he did not warn us about this constructions, and we can't reach him/her.

This is also an Airbnb listing.

UPDATE: we left, never heard from the owners again, we had to climb down the ladder with our luggage and up on the other side. What a money grab and what an unfriendly and uncaring host. NEVER AGAIN!

THIS PLACE Is AMAZING

I was staying at a local hostal but too expensive to be sharing a bed with a bunch of unknow people and a local surfer took me to Max and i love his place.
Maxi Is great and extremly helpfull, i love the new pool and how close Is to the ocen.

The incredible Maxi was outstandingly helpful and accommodating. So much so, that we stayed at a few of his locations! The villas were furnished and decorated in a way that made it feel homey yet chic. Excellent locations, close to beaches and amenities, but far enough away from noise and crowds.
100% recommend booking your stay ASAP!

Hospedado a traves de Airbnb. La atención del anfitrión excelente, pero si falta que hagan algo de mantenimiento en la casa.
Abanicos, algunas luces, cerradura de la puerta. Y detalles pues estéticos que vendrían bien reparar.
